HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! This was the most fast and efficient experience that I’ve ever had with auto glass. They got my glass same day. I was able to pull up within the next 45 minutes and it was installed in less than 30 minutes. Clean and professional work and also a clean and inviting waiting area. Dealing with JJ and B (who installed my glass) was exceptional. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that I got from B&J Auto Glass!!!!

Great experience from beginning to end! I spoke with Brandon regarding my windshield and he responded to me quickly and answered all of my questions. He was able to schedule me in for the next day and showed up promptly. He was very professional and transparent with me regarding the process. He did an excellent job with replacing my windshield. Very efficient and detail oriented. He even explained aftercare to my teenaged son. He made the entire process easy and stress free. We recently had cracked glass that needed urgent repair, and B&J exceeded all our expectations! From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They scheduled me in same day and they clearly take pride in their craftsmanship and pay attention to every detail. Was so grateful and happy for B&J’s flexibility and fast & excellent customer service! My partner and I dropped off my car to be inspected at Carmax before going out of town, only to realize Carmax would not be able to fix my cracked windshield. I called B&J and asked if it would be at all possible for them to come out to Carmax (since we were still out of town) and replace my windshield there—they said yes without hesitation and were able to get out so quickly (I called Friday evening and they came out first thing Monday morning!) Working with B&J AutoGlass was a 11/10 experience. After my car was broken into & my windshield was left cracked, I needed someone to replace the window quickly & reinstall the rearview mirror that was broken off. These guys were professional, SO quick, and affordable. They arrived at my house less than an hour after calling them, and had the window replaced in less than an hour. Overall, so happy with my experience & would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a prompt & professional service without breaking the bank. Thank you!!!

I’m all about supporting local, I had no idea who to call to replace my cracked windshield. Naturally I checked through my insurance and Safelite was who they recommended. I had an appointment with Safelite, they ordered the wrong glass (a side window). After all of the text/ email reminders and was told the morning of that the windshield didn’t come in. No reschedule, crickets. I had to call them. They said they could give a small discount for the mess up. After the runaround I went to Google for a search. You all came up, I went off of the reviews. You came out to me that day (the day I called). Good price, personable, and quality work. I recommend.
