I had a lawnscaping company shoot a rock into my driver side window. This happened on a Friday morning. I travel a lot for work so I need my car to be road ready at all times. I called around to a few places and was told I'd have to wait until Monday for them to dispatch somebody to me and make the repairs. I made one call to Bay Auto Glass and spoke to a Mr. William. He was able to acquire a replacement window and have it installed that afternoon. Most of all, the job was done extremely fast and at the best price. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and family oriented. Mr. William doesn't treat you like just another customer but as a friend and that's the best business model. I definitely recommend Bay Auto Glass! They will always get my business!

I’ve been using Bay Auto Glass for several years and have always been very pleased with not only the quality of their work, but also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and owners! I’ve not had one single issue with anything they’ve done for me, and they’re always willing to work you into their schedule as soon as possible! On one occasion, I was driving home across the bay from a long day of school/work in Mobile and a car ahead through several stones, chipping my windshield in multiple places. I called Bay Auto and they told me to come right in (despite the time being very close to closing time). They took care of me and I was good to go! You absolutely cannot go wrong with Bay Auto Glass.

Bay Auto Glass definitely helped me out so much! Originally I thought it would cost nearly $400 to get this molding fixed on my car, but when I called Mr. Lang was able to fix it for only $175 and he had it fixed for me in under 20 minutes! I cannot commend their service enough and they have definitely made a long term customer out of me. Absolutely stellar customer service and great pricing, can’t beat this place.

WOW! Unbelievably fast and friendly service! I took my Mustang GT convertible in for a diagnosis at 4:30 on a Monday. It needed a new driver side window and regulator. They ordered it for overnight delivery. I took it back in at about 8:30 the next morning and they finished at 10:00 and all for a VERY reasonable price!! They are literally amazing. Yesterday was such an awful day for me. I broke my rear window..... shattered it and my entire window needed to be replaced. I was stressed because my rear wiper was bent and I wasnt sure it would be able to be fixed. They couldnt fix the glass yesterday but they asked me to come in so they could put plastic over my back window until the next day when my appt was set. My wife had the windshield on her 2016 Camry XLE replaced today. Her appointment was at 8:00 AM with a projected time of 1 hour to complete the work. She reported that not only did they get started on time, but they finished substantially earlier than anticipated. The work was done professionally, the staff and mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable and carefully explained everything she needed to know. The waiting area was pleasant and she was made to feel at home. It is seldom that we get this level of service from anybody. We will definitely use them for any glass work or upholstery needs we have going forward.
