I needed my window to be fixed asap even though they were booked solid they went beyond to figure out how they can fit me in. Less than 30 minutes later I received a call back saying they were able to accommodate me. They kept me upto date when the driver will be arriving. There were constant communication with both the office and the driver. Great Customer Service! I will definitely use them again and will refer the company. Literally the only place that could fix my car the day of, after having both passenger windows smashed (in sf... shocking). The blond receptionist was so nice and out going to the point where I light weight wanted to be her new best friend. It was quick and well priced. God forbid I have to go there again due to a window being broken into but i definitely would choose this establishment and reccomend it to anyone who would need the same service. I realized my car was broken into at noon today. I called around, and luckily I found these guys. They had the window in stock and arrived at my house within 2 hours to fix it. I have a 2017 VW GTI that was indeed of a windshield replacement due to this ever expanding crack through my line of sight. The OEM glass on the GTI was made by Vitro and I called up Best Service Auto Glass to see what type of glass they had to replace my windshield. The representative on the phone said that the glass brand they work with is Fuyao. For those who don't know, Fuyao (or FYG) is an OEM glass manufacturer and has supplied OEM glass to manufacturers since 2018 or so. Since this was an OEM/OEE glass brand, I decided to move forward with Best Service Auto Glass for the replacement. The installer was very prompt and came to our house for the installation. The installation took maybe about 75 minutes before he was done. After the installation was complete, I noticed the brand of glass they installed was from Benson. And again for those who don't know, Benson is a more generic brand of glass and does not supply to glass to OEMs or any current auto manufacturer. This was definitely an aftermarket brand and wasn't what was promised on the phone. I got on a call with the manager at Best Service Auto Glass and they scheduled another glass installation due to this mistake. They came out 2 weeks later and installed a Fuyao glass. The installation was quick again and completed in under 75 minutes. For those who care about the brand they're getting when it comes to glass replacement, I hope my experience here helps you with your decision with Best Service Auto Glass. I personally take comfort from having a brand of glass that's more well known and supplies directly to car manufacturers vs unknown brands. That being said, Safelite also offers both Fuyao and Benson too. For those who don't care, Best Service Auto Glass provides great customer service, prompt and at-your-door service.

After being the victim of a smash and grab at the Golden Gate Bridge rest area parking, this company was able to come to my hotel and replace the back windshield of my suv within a few hours of calling them. So glad I didn’t go with my insurance and saved a bit through best service auto glass. The technician was very understanding and accommodating the tight parking areas. Rafa from Best Service Auto Glass did a fantastic job on the window replace of my 2005 Xterra that sadly was broken into late yesterday afternoon. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The only issue I see is with the communication throughout their website. Really broken english, bad UX patterns and kind of hard to see if they are a real company or not. I had to confirm what car I even had because the website didn't even ask... then I went to their listed location thinking it was an actual shop, but they make house calls, which also is not very clear. I still gave them 5 stars because the service was great.
