These guys are great! I had a seal issue around my windshield because the vehicle had been just sitting for the last 10 years before I got it. Every place I called would only help if I replaced the entire windshield. One place even had the audacity to tell me that they would break the windshield in the process of the fix, so I would have to replace it anyway. Super wasteful. Anyway, these guys were the only shop willing to help. They come to your location so you don't have to go out of your way during work hours. Their pricing is very reasonable. The guy that came out did a fantastic job and fixed the issue I had!

Had a mishap in the highway and my back left window was completely shattered. Within the hour after I called him, he was at my work working on my window and not even 45 minutes later my window is completely repaired. He also got all the shattered glass out of my car! I went to get my 2020 Equinox inspected and was told that the crack in my windshield was too long. So, I went to Google and found the best name for a company..BIG GUYS AUTO GLASS. I called Gilbert and told him my situation. He called me back that day with a quote that was more than $150 cheaper than the company I was referred to. He came to my work at lunch time on the same day and replaced my windshield. Gilbert was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent & prompt service! He was easy to communicate with & came to my work as to not inconvenience my schedule. I didn’t even have to have my vehicle recalibrated at the expensive auto glass companies. All the technology on my vehicle still works as is. He was reasonably priced as well. I would send anyone to this auto glass company over others. Very happy with the service!

I am honored to give this company a 5 star rating. After discovering I didn't have to use the car insurance recommendation, I found this jewel. He wasn't concerned with the deductible first, his only concern was replacing my rear glass that had gotten shattered by a rock from a lawn mower. He did an excellent job and he is kind and pleasant. I hope I don't need to replace a glass again, but if I should you better know I am calling this company.
