This place dont even deserve one star! I would rate them -100 stars if i could. Took my truck to have hail damage repaired. Took over a month to get my truck back! Made several calls to John kept giving me B.S. Like parts not being in etc. He says he will call you right back and he never does. After over two months still did not have a tail light? He put the blame on Ford. So i ended up calling Ford myself to see if they had the light in stock they did. When i did get it back still dents in the truck and the hood was not adjusted. Must not have a paint booth. Or they painted my truck out in the open. Dust in the paint! During the month he had my truck it somehow got 306 miles on it?? Which he pointed the finger at Harvest Auto?? Which is another dealership to stay away from. His helped is very rude. I got cursed out when i went to pick up my tail light. But that is just a reflection of the owner. My fault for giving this shop a chance. I will never go back to BIG LYING JOHN’S AGAIN!!

Stay away, I took my car in for a minor scrape on the cargo door and they damaged the entire passenger side and did a terrible repair. To top it off they never even told me about it. When I called him on it he admitted his guys did the damage and would make it right. His idea of making it right was to pay $3500 of a $6000 repair bill. Dishonest, deceitful, terrible workmanship. I was forced to get an attorney to get the damage his guys did paid for.

Ordered a part for my car 7 months ago and still have yet to receive it or get an update. About 6 months ago, I was able to actually get someone on the phone and all I got was “it’s delayed due to Covid.” Never heard from them again nor they never returned any of my calls after numerous voicemails. Terrible customer service and communication!!!! Place is a dump!

Pretty sure someone there stole my car charger while working on my car. I was told the car would be ready on Friday. Returned the rental on Friday. Car wasnt ready until Tuesday. Enormous pain in the butt to save a few dollars. See ya never again, Big John.

Affordable prices, great work, and polite, friendly service with a smile! I scheduled a week in advance for minor paint repairs to a small area. They were able to get the work done in one day. Their quote was exactly what they said it would be, and they did beautiful work. I highly recommend Big John's Auto Glass & Body!
