Rick & Christina were absolutely fantastic. We cracked our windshield & needed to leave to head back to Minnesota this morning- they made time for us right away, showed up to check t out within 15 minutes of calling, & even came to us outside of their normal business hours on a Saturday. They really helped make the process go smoothly & reassured us that we would be on the road in no time. They were so friendly & fun to talk to throughout the whole replacement, and they finished everything within roughly half an hour. Christina was even giving us recommendations on what to do for fun & good food places for next time we come down! She had us keep her contact info in case we need ideas next! Rick and Glenn were efficient and professional in addressing the chip in my windshield at my residence. Christina handles their back office and is very knowledgeable about the process, insurance, and some of the ins and outs that insurance companies practice to steer you away from small, local businesses and to their back pocket preferred national franchise provider. I just wanted to come on here. I don’t normally leave reviews however Rick and KRISTINA were absolutely fabulous. If there’s anybody that’s gonna change your windshield and give you great conversation while doing it is this couple right here. This is the most amazing experience with car buying and car fixing That I’ve ever had.
