I recently had a windshield crack in the -17 degree weather. I reached out to Billion Onsite Auto Glass and Joe Wagner picked up the phone and guided me through the entire process. He explained my windshield options in detail and was very patient with all of my questions. Once I showed up to have the glass installed, I told him I was going to wait across the street at a restaurant and he even offered to drop me off and pick me up. Joe also sent me txt messages detailing the progress of the job while I was waiting. Long story short, Joe was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I would recommend anyone take advantage of his exceptional service next time they need their auto glass serviced or repaired!!
