I recently had a windshield crack in the -17 degree weather. I reached out to Billion Onsite Auto Glass and Joe Wagner picked up the phone and guided me through the entire process. He explained my windshield options in detail and was very patient with all of my questions. Once I showed up to have the glass installed, I told him I was going to wait across the street at a restaurant and he even offered to drop me off and pick me up. Joe also sent me txt messages detailing the progress of the job while I was waiting. Long story short, Joe was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I would recommend anyone take advantage of his exceptional service next time they need their auto glass serviced or repaired!! Traveling through Bozeman on my way to Alaska. Only had a few hours to get a new windshield in my 2019 Jeep Rubicon. Called the store first thing in the morning and spoke to Alex. Not only did Alex squeeze me in but he got me out the door in less than an hour. You are an absolute super hero Alex! The dealership you work for should be proud to have you as an employee. Shop somewhere else...waste of time. I went in for some lighting accessories and spent over an hour figuring it all out. Sales guy was pretty good until it came to the actual execution. After making sure we had "next day" shipping I called two day later and still wasn't ordered. I am all for support our local community however I got on line and ordered it in two minutes and have it the next day and saved 65 dollars. You wont find me shopping here any more.
