Any shop can change a glass. What truly sets a place apart is their customer service. This place has that down packed. On the phone I spoke with Leslie and she helped me set up a claim with my insurance and took care of everything on the back end. I have a vehicle that needs calibrated so they set me up for an in person drop off. For my appointment, I walked in to a clean, thoughtfully put-together office, the gals at the front desk are friendly and they give you an ETA so you know what you’re in for. They also offer complimentary snacks which is a very nice touch. They do a pre-service walk through on your vehicle and then they get to work. Of note I was impressed with the techs attention to detail. When I got back into my car my oil service sticker was back on as well as my sun shade clips which attach to my windshield. It’s those ✨little details✨that make an experience and I’m very pleased with this shop.

I stumbled across Blue Chip Auto Glass during a serious moment of need, and wow, did they deliver beyond my wildest expectations! After having my windshield replaced, my Tesla threw up a climate system fault that my local shop wasn’t experienced to handle. Frustrated, I turned to Google and YouTube, eventually finding a 3-year-old video that pointed me to Kelly and Blue Chip. It was a long shot - a cold 20-degree weather in Long Island, NY, at 9 PM - but I decided to take a chance and text the number. To my surprise, Kelly responded instantly, as though I’d been a loyal customer for years. His response? A simple, confident “Sure,” after I asked if he can help. Moments later, he called me, assessed my comfort level with troubleshooting, and walked me through the solution step by step. He broke down the error codes, explained why they were happening, and detailed how Blue Chip had successfully tackled similar issues in the past. What really stood out was his thoroughness—he didn’t just offer one solution; he gave me alternatives in case Plan A didn’t work. This was customer service at its absolute best. And within 15 minutes, I had my climate control system fully restored. The craziest part? Kelly was guiding me all the way from Arizona! Little did he know that, on this freezing New York night, he was gaining a new, out-of-state customer. Blue Chip Auto Glass, and Kelly in particular, are in a league of their own. If you’re ever in need, don’t think twice—these guys are the real deal.

Blue Chip helped me out when I needed it the most I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate everything they did and everyone at Blue Chip.from my first phone call the receptionist was polite helpful articulate informative and easy to work with she was will to go the extra distance to meet my needs. Setting the appointment was also easy. When I arrived at Blue Chip I was pleased at how clean the facility was the reception area the waiting lobby and bathrooms and the install shop was incredible. They stepped out into the lobby area to meet and greet me. Nice twist on perfect customer service. They offered me drinks and snacks showed me where the bathrooms were and then brought the window technician out to meet me. The receptionist made me comfortable and the technician made me feel secure that my vehicle was in good hands. The job was completed in an amazing timely manner and I was brought out to the shop to go over the work that had been done the other technicians working there also acknowledged my presents everyone there was helpful their courtesy was a huge deal maker in this day and age of poor service Now days nobody takes the time the disrespect is incredible out there no business ethics but not at Blue Chip you won't find poor service there Blue Chip understands great customer service and respect for their customers.and there business and future business. Best auto glass company! Awesome to work with and so friendly. We have had multiple windshields replaced here and will never go anywhere else. We refer them to family and friends always because of the amazing experiences we have had. I prefer that we didn’t have so many windshield replacements but since we have, I’m so glad we have this shop to do the work! I’ve decided to finally leave a review because even though referrals are the best compliment, I rely on Google reviews too. Thank you to Kelly and all who we have dealt with here. We have been impressed with every person we have had the pleasure to work with.

To say the customer service at this place is amazing would be an understatement. The owner Kelly went above and beyond on multiple occasions for my windshield replacement. I brought my car in to get replaced and the shop did a fantastic job, but when I got home, I noticed that the windshield had a slight imperfection. Not only did Kelly replace it again, he made it very convenient for me. Fast forward a couple weeks, I went on a road trip and a rock hit the windshield and caused a chip. Arizona, am I right? I contacted Kelly and because of their excellent warranty, they were able to fill the chip for me. The shop did such a great job, I can barely tell where the chip is on the glass. Needless to say, no need to shop around, Blue Chip Auto has amazing customer service. Also, Insurance covered the windshield, so no out of pocket cost! This is my second time using Blue Chip but this time I felt compelled to leave a review. I called as soon as they opened Monday morning to set up a windshield replacement. I was helped by the owner, Kelly, and he told me he could get me in same day just had to confirm my insurance. Well, I am using Tesla insurance who typically are known for their less than optimal service. After an hour, John called me to ask me if I was able to get a hold of my agent which after several emails and calls, I told him I was not. John called about an hour later saying he was able to get it all taken care of and that I could do same day, or opt for mobile the next day. I picked mobile for the convenience and the state of the windshield. Kelly called me a few hours later saying he actually was able to get it taken care of today. At this point I am just overjoyed at the level of customer service and treatment I am receiving. Matt and Carlos arrived to do the job and I really enjoyed talking with them while they got the replacement done in about an hour. Speedy fast. I told them that no one does it like Blue Chip and I seriously mean that. I will never look for any other windshield replacement service, and will always recommend them anytime I hear someone’s windshield is damaged. You guys have a loyal customer in me! John, Kelly, Matt, Carlos you each made my day, you are stellar.
