Hinshaw's Acura recommended Blue Ribbon to me and I'm so glad they did because I had such a great experience today with them. From the very beginning, Matt was very professional and attentive. He returned my voicemail the same day and answered all questions I had. I researched several companies and Blue Ribbon was the most affordable company in the area BY FAR. Jason arrived within the allotted timeframe that I was given and was so friendly and kind. He explained everything step by step for me and guaranteed that if anything went wrong (leaks, etc.) he would come back and fix it. The installation process was a breeze and before I know it, he was done! Super quick and convenient. Tree branch through the windshield day before, needed replaced ASAP, I called 18 different places first thing in the morning, blue ribbon was the only one who could come out same day, gave me a quote at 350~ after tax, etc, had my 90s Honda civic windshield in stock, arrived couple hours later, not crazy cheap but considerably better that many of the other places, plus communicative, professional, SUPER FAST, worked with me. Only 3 of the 18 Tacoma places I called, left messages and emails with got back to me within 2 hours, blue ribbon communicated and knew when where how much etc that it was all gonna be. Took him less than half an hour for the install, cleaned up after, I payed right there, got a guarantee, receipt and he was off. Chill dude. Only problem is, now my filthy piece of $#1* car, has an uncharacteristically bodacious shiney new shield. This service was great! I had just come back from a rotation and went out to my car this morning to see my driver side window had been broken into. Noticed at 6am, called around a few places and scheduled an appointment with these guys! Jason was here early, and finished the job super fast and well! He explained it all great, and did an amazing job! Appreciative that we were able to get this finished today and wish such great ease! I would recommend. Interacting Matt on the phone; he was very helpful and cordial. I had to place an order for a window from AZ with him. However, he called me later that day and said he sourced one for me. I wouldn't have to wait a week for it to arrive. Great customer service Matt! Not to mention the best prices around town. They also provided mobile service, very accommodating for my circumstance. Jason the technician arrived on time. He had two windows to replace on separate vehicles. Jason was super knowledgeable, quick and efficient on completing the repairs, and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. This team rocks. Highly recommend 10/10. The whole experience was worlds better than what I've come to expect when cars are involved. Mat and Jason gave me the best possible service. The quote was extremely fast and less than I had expected. Got my appointment scheduled a couple days after my quote. Jason arrived within the expected timeframe and was polite and respectful, got the job done faster than the initial expectation and there were no surprises from the expectations that had already been set. Blue Ribbon Auto Glass will always be my first call and my first recommendation if anyone needs service going forward. I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Horrible windshield replacement. After the job was complete the car made a whooshing sound they told me it could not have been the windshield it was because the car was old. This is after I called blue ribbon auto glass. They told me that there was no way to fix it short of getting another windshield. Luckily for me we got another cracked windshield so this time we went somewhere else for the replacement. When the job was done the technician asked me if I ever had any issues with the windshield. I asked why and he showed me two pictures of where the windshield wasn’t even glued in place along the bottom edge and along the passenger side there was a 4 inch gap where there was no glue either. It’s a miracle the glass didn’t come out of the car. I will never EVER go back and I’ll tell everyone of the horrible experience I had there as well calling my insurance company and telling them what a bad job they did. Their response below is a joke stating that I had the job completed somewhere else. I’m happy to post a pic of the receipt to prove that it did come from BRAG
