I was a little skeptical at first. I needed my windshield replaced and it was done through my insurance so I wasn’t sure. The guys came out and did the job I saw a few things I was concerned with and the owner came out himself and made sure I was happy with the work. He was very understanding and he kept his word and came out to my home. Kevin was a gentleman and understanding. Thank you for the good customer service.

Mr. Kevin and Mrs. Jackie are amazing! They schedule you within a certain time frame, but told me to go about my day and he would give me a shout when headed my way! When I tell you, I love absolutely LOVE them for that!!! Usually when given a time slot from a company/business... you have to be home, or they will cancel and possibly charge you! On top of excellent communication, they were polite, and completed the job in a timely manner and it looks soooo good!!! Thank you both, and I hope I didn't talk y'all to death, lmaoo😭. I have another car coming back and will be using them again! Thanks again!😊❤️

A day late but not a dollar short on this review. Had a broken window on two different cars. Wife got ahold of Kevin on Saturday when it happened and he was very nice, approachable, and confident in getting the work done for us not only faster than the other places we got quoted, but also cheaper. They had to order glass and STILL got both vehicles serviced, at my establishment, before noon Monday morning (yesterday). Professional, on point, efficient, and just overall a great guy and an amazing job done. Couldn’t be happier with the replacement and the quality service I received. If you need auto glass repaired fast, efficiently, and competitive with today’s times, definitely give these guys a call. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you again, Kevin!

Got a quote around 8am, agreed to do business around 11:30-12pm, and I had a new windshield installed and calibrated by 12:48pm. Great customer service and communication, best price in town, and quick install and turnaround if needed. I’d highly recommend Bold City Auto Glass for any windshield replacement. I did not use insurance, I paid cash for my services. Huge shoutout to Kevin for his professionalism during the entire process.

Super great and easy to work with. He was able to come out in less than 24 hours after calling and was very prompt and communicative. My driver side rear glass was shattered, which he replaced for a very competitive price. He also looked at some other glass that I had some concerns about. He was able to give us honest feedback and without pressuring us into an unnecessary replacement which we really appreciated.

Very professional, the quality of work is great, they did my 3 vehicles in the same day, the best part is!! Doesn’t matter where you at, they’ll come to you I’ll definitely recommend them 100%, one of my vehicles the next day a rock hit my windshield again very small crack, I call Kevin and came today he fixed for me at no charge , it looks like nothing happened to my windshield I’ll recommend them 100%
