Anthony approached me at a service station and asked about my broken windshield and if I was aware that it could be replaced for free, which i didn't know. He was very professional and explained the process and assisted me with setting up an appointment. They came to my house ON TIME and ready to work, they did the install quickly and efficiently. Made sure that I was happy and cleaned up after themselves. Was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Bond Glass to anyone, thanks to Anthony and his willingness to engage with me, educate me and to offer Bonds services to me and,to assist with setting up with my insurance.

They are Worst experience ever with Bon Auto Glass of Tampa Bay On Saturday, May 24th, I had my windshield replaced by a technician named Román. He did a terrible job — now every time it rains, water leaks inside my car. As you can see in the photos, the interior is soaked, and the infotainment screen no longer works due to the water damage. I’ve reached out multiple times, but they’ve refused to take responsibility or fix the problem. Absolutely unprofessional. Do NOT trust Bon Auto Glass — they’ll ruin your car and ignore you after.

David took my call(& was very professional about it, also) even while he was attending to another customer and asked if he could call me back as he was just finishing up with another customer. Proud of him for taking my call, cuz THAT made me feel like I was important(especially with the lack of customer service that is out there now a days). Only took him a few minutes to get back with me and got me scheduled first thing the next morning🙌! We’ve texted a lot as he’s been making sure everything was taken care of properly with me! NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE DONE WELL!

Absolutely fantastic experience met Anthony yesterday when he noticed the crack in my windshield and he let me know that his company could take care of it the next day after about five minutes of giving him information everything was set up for the technician to come out. The technician came out and was very professional and courteous and knowledgeable, and he was done with the entire process in under 30 minutes . Great communication all the way through the whole process and very fast and easy. Anthony Made sure that the process was fast and simple and had great communication will definitely recommend to friends and family when they need their windshield replaced
