I called various Auto Glass Shops and no one had a Windshield for our 2019 Subaru Impreza, I called Broad Street Auto Glass and spoke to Chris he told me to come in Saturday between 8am-12 noon. Today i went there for my windows to be fix only to find out they was gonna call me for a price. So i left. Without checkig to see if my car was in the same condition i left it.... They gave me my car back with something else wrong with it. Mind you everything was working when i dropped it off except for what i told them. Now its extra stuff wrong with my car.. That was working fine when i left. my lock dont work now my back window dont go down...MY CAR DOOR DONT LOCK.....AT ALL NOW I GOTTA HAVE MY CAR OPEN ALL NIGHT LONG!!! AND GO BACK IN THE MORNING!! MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.....THEN THE MAN GONNA SAY OH ITS PLENTY THINGS WRONG WITH MY CAR!!!! NO!! NOW YOU MADE MORE THINGS WRONG.... SMH.. THAT WASNT A NICE THING TO SAY AFTER THEY MADE MORE STUFF WRONG....BUT I WILL SEE IN THE MORNING!!!! I REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE THATS WHY I CAME BACK NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.... OR SAY.... BY THE WAY I NEVER GOT THE CALL!!!! I CALLED THEM TO TELL THEM WHAT THEY DID WRONG!!!!

When I arrived went to the counter there was a young and older man. The yungen was kinda thuggish and I was not feeling comfortable however, the job was discussed with me being told to expect an hour. The hour came and a few minutes past the door to the waiting room opened and viola in no.time my car was ready to go. Yolo I was back in business hellyeah I was... Until the time of the glass change everything was fine! but when he brought the car back, a stain appeared on the bumper, some kind of glue. I showed it to the person in charge of the store, he said that it couldn't be anything from the workshop and that they didn't use any white product, only black. the store manager started to raise his voice and said he couldn't do anything. I do not recommend.

Folks, this is top notch service. Staff is extemely courteous, professional and friendly. There timing was impeccable. My windshield was done in an hour! I had to get my car ready for inspection. Not knowingly, my car had a brand new inspection sticker! Wow! The pricing was outstanding! Other competitors would have charged you double the amount! Do your homework and come this establishment!
