These guys were quick, professional, clean, and did a proper installation while wearing gloves. If you ever had an installer try to do an install with bare hands stop them right away and call Broadway Autoglass instead (really you should be calling them to begin with), these guys know what's up and are legit! Highly recommended!

I came for the first time to have a new passenger side mirror installed. I brought a replacement that had the wrong attachment. Jorge explained why the attachment is incorrect and showed me what the correct one should look like. He put everything back together and said when I receive the mirror with the correct attachment I can return and get it installed without being charged. He understood that I made a mistake and didn’t take advantage of that. I greatly appreciate the help!

Had a crack in the windshield that could not be repaired. (too near the edge). I Clicked a link on Safelite and these guys showed up. They were VERY professional and friendly. They got me through my I strange easy easy. And they even helped me find payme t options through another app and walked me through that! Came back the next morning and they got it done VERY quickly. They did an awesome job!! Highly recommend Broadway Auto Glass. Thanks to Carlos and Jesse for making a stressful situation stress-FREE! ☆☆☆☆☆

All around, great and honest experience. I needed a new windshield and got a reasonable quote. I also told them that I'm experiencing a leak into my truck when it rains hard, etc. Told me it's most likely your 2005 truck has a little rust build up near the windshield. Once they removed my cracked windshield, they have me the opportunity to look for myself at the rust issue and I could see that was indeed the problem. So they quoted me the price to fix it and I agreed. Once done, they were honest and gave me a lower quote/cost. They could have stuck with their original quote and charged me, but they were honest that it was a bit less work and charged me less. I'm super happy that I chose these Pros to do this work on my truck. I'll be back but hopefully not soon :)

Very easy process and quick to respond. Within one day got the right windshield replacement. Huge bonus - I actually got to speak to a real human on the phone instead of trying to jump through dozens of hoops to get someone on the line like other apps or companies. I also had to change my flight which resulted in me needing my car sooner than expected and they were very friendly and accommodating and made sure I’d have my car ready in time to make my flight - went above and beyond!

Don't get fooled by the reviews. Make sure you do your research before working with this shop. My experience was that I didn't even make it to the shop. Here is my experience in short: I made the appointment last week to have my windshield replaced with a new OEM one. The guy promised me to call back the day before the appointment to confirm the repair and to provide an update on the OEM windshield he had to order. He never called. So then I called a few hours before the closing of business the day before my appointment. I found out that nothing had been done. He did not have the windshield. We had to cancel the appointment, **That after I had made arrangements to take the afternoon off from work.** He then again told me that he would call me back to give me an update and reschedule the appointment. It is late afternoon the day after, and I still have not received a call. I have now contacted a different shop. They got the OEM windshield immediately and scheduled me for Saturday. Response to the owner reply: Thank you for the reply. No need for compensation. I appreciate the gesture. Maybe it can be a better experience for your next customer.
