CEI Auto Glass, is honestly the best auto glass windshield company that I have ever used! Reid, the owner is a man of his word and knows his craft! Joshua, Hector and Ben also helped me both over the phone and during replacement day of my new windshield, which took less than 24 hours to get!!! Reid's price was much lower than other companies I called and there is also a one year warranty Reid provides, which no other auto glass company mentioned! Hector and Ben removed my damaged windshield that was a result from a huge rock that hit it while driving on the 215. They installed the new windshield quickly, and perfectly! Both Hector and Ben were at the appointment ready to get to work right on time and were a class act too! They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me tons of tips for afterwards, which I really appreciated! My time spent having my windshield replaced and setting up for it initially was one of the most flawless and professional experiences that I have had to date in the automotive world! CEI Auto Glass truly did an outstanding job from A-Z and I will refer as many people I can to them! 10+ Stars....easily!!!

Overall a very easy experience. After checking online reviews and getting quotes, I decided to go with CEI. It had a very personal feel from start to finish. I requested a quote online because I was doing all this at 8pm on a Saturday evening, which is outside their business hours. I was texted back with a quote and setup my install in less than 20 minutes. Hector contacted me on install day letting me know when he would arrive, and promptly installed my windshield. I dreaded the whole ordeal when I seen my windshield cracked, and it turned into an easy thing to get done. Go with CEI Auto Glass. Stay local family-owned over the other nationwide higher priced companies out there. I will use them again if I ever need too, hopefully not but will!

I contacted CEI Auto glass after completing a google search of the top rated glass repair within Las Vegas. I contacted CEI and spoke with Reid, who was understanding and accommodating on the phone. Reid was able to provide me with his earliest appointment to repair a rock chip on my windshield. I did not have to drive my truck anywhere and Sam came to my home to complete the repair within 15 minutes of arrival. Sam provided a disclaimer regarding the repair. Luckily my rock chip was not large enough to cause the windshield to crack. Sam explained the process to me and he worked diligently to complete the task. I first spoke to Read (I hope I spelled your name right brother,) about fixing my regulator for my front window and he was EXTREMELY professional and helpful. He explained to me his fee, why he chose to get the part that he did, and he set up a time to COME TO ME!!! All within an hour!!! And then, this morning, his technician (Josh) showed up early and fixed my window within 45 minutes. Not only was he able to fix the issue in a timely manner, but he was professional, friendly, and we had a great conversation while he was doing his work. I would recommend Read and his team any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Thank you guys for your professionalism and your work!!!!! A side note I feel is worth mentioning, when speaking to Read initially, he told me over the phone that he wanted to EARN my business. I called around to 10 different autoglass places and CEI had the best price & on top of that THEY ARE MOBILE, so you don't have to waste your time sitting at a shop! Reid was very friendly and accommodating on the phone and was nice enough to give us a discount for replacing two windshields at the same time. The day of my appt, Josh & Aaron were prompt (30 min early) and took care of both window replacements in 1 hour!! I recently had my windshield replaced by CEI Auto Glass, and my experience was a troubling mix of professionalism from the technician and significant frustration with customer service. As a single mom, I paid over $300 for this replacement after the unfortunate incident of my windshield getting cracked on the freeway. I was already stressed about the expense and wanted everything to go smoothly. On Monday, the technician arrived on time and did the job efficiently. Before starting, he inspected the windshield and asked if I needed the barcode that was previously on it. My son and I confirmed that we did, as it was essential for accessing our gated community. The technician then peeled off the barcode transporter right in front of us, which I appreciated. After he removed the barcode, he asked about the oil change sticker in the other corner, to which I replied that he did not need to save it. The following day, I noticed that the transporter sticker was missing, which led me to believe it had been overlooked or misplaced. When I reached out to the company to address the issue, I encountered a very unhelpful and hostile customer service representative. He claimed that the company wasn’t responsible for anything on the window and put me on hold to speak with the technician, who denied having any recollection of our conversation. I felt frustrated and disheartened, especially considering I had paid a significant amount for the service and was dealing with an already stressful situation. I requested a callback to clarify the issue, hoping to remind the technician about our conversation, but I never received any follow-up communication. When I called back the next day, I was met with the same unhelpful representative, who continued to dismiss my concerns. The technician’s behavior felt deceptive, as he was clearly lying about the situation. In the end, I had to pay an additional $38 for a transporter sticker that I hadn’t budgeted for, which was incredibly frustrating given the circumstances. I hope CEI Auto Glass can improve their customer service and hold their technicians accountable, as this experience has left me feeling unheard and disrespected.
