I've been trying to get my windshield replaced with this company for over 3 weeks now and have been given the run around the entire time. I don't know whether they are short on man power or just don't care enough to follow through. That would take actual communication for me to know which one it is. If you need anything taken care of in a timely manner I would look elsewhere. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First off the installer was great. Very professional and the windshield looks great. That is the only reason for 2 stars. Took 6 weeks to get the windshield and I would still be waiting if I didn't find the correct windshield at a local dealership. I kept being told nothing available and when I would ask why I was put on hold until I would hang up. Poor customer service.

EDITED TO UPDATE: one of the managers reached out to get feedback on my experience and go over where they fell short. He assured me that they would be putting new protocols into place to make sure that what occurred with me won't happen again. They are planning to retrain and coach the staff who helped me so they can better serve the future customers. I believe that he did everything he could to rectify the situation, so I am adjusting my review to reflect that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I didn't have a great experience with them. My windshield replacement cracked the same day it was installed. The tech who came out to examine it said that I would likely be able to ask for a rental car to use while it was getting replaced the second time under warranty. I requested it, and it was flat-out denied. This would have been fine if I worked from home, but I work a commission based job where I travel to clients. Being without a car for 5 hours loses me money. I had to reschedule 4 times before I was able to come in. I will say that the saving grace is that the phone staff are good at their job. Otherwise, I'd be leaving a one star rating. I planned my original repair to coincide with a secondary repair so I'd have rental coverage. This experience put me out and took up so much of my time and mental energy. I've gone to Safelite before, and they'll be getting my business again. I was really disappointed because I've had good experiences with their auto body company. When my car was ready, I never got a call. I had to CALL THEM. I'm just not happy with level of service I got here. I am very passionate about caring for my own clients, and I didn't feel much from Caliber Auto Glass. 😔

Update: The local team was able to quickly and efficiently fix the issue and made the fix easy. I was impressed and satisfied! Original: I had my windshield replaced found out the technician used plyers and a screw driver to remove the bottom rubber seal. Then he used the same one and didn't secure it to the bottom firmly so it flaps around and looks poor. I've had the windshield replaced on this same car 5 other times and the technician blamed the make of the car.

Needed a windshield replacement on my Nissan Sentra to be done at my work place due to my hectic work schedule. Thanks to my tech Jeremy, my car is back on the road safely. He was great to work with and very professional. Jeremy set proper expectations by keeping in touch with me throughout install time slot. He followed up after the work was completed which flew by quickly. Would highly recommend the team at Caliber Collision in Castle Rock.

I would have given Caliber Glass a five star review, but I had to wait more than two weeks for them to get the glass from the dealership which I thought was out of their sphere of control. They wanted the money upfront which was alright with me. I can understand that. So I paid so that they would order the parts, and as soon as they got the parts, they would be able to schedule the repair date. The parts came in on a Friday, and I had to call for three days for them to pick up the parts so they could schedule the work. Brandon, the tech, was excellent! He definitely knows how to repair windows and was professional, yet personable, and he worked quickly. Ok, so I'm going to change from four stars to five - Because of Brandon! Thanks Brandon!
