Jason, my glass installer tech, gave me a call to make sure I was available at the time scheduled. 1st star. He was flexible with my schedule and location. 2nd star. He came and went straight to work. 3rd star. Cleared out all the broken glass and installed the new one in 20minutes. 4th star. Great guy easy to talk to and extremely relatable. 5th 6th and 7th star. Great customer service. 8th 9th and 10th star. Thank you Jason and thank you Caliber Glass company. Cliff was great! I definitely recommend Calibur for any glass services! He was very precise and did not try to rush to make the job faster. He was also very pleasant to work with!

They gave me a $270 estimate for my window replacement but charged $400.07 upfront. The technician came with the wrong part on my initial appointment, so it was canceled. Refund was never initiated so I had to dispute the charge with my card company. Worst part is they postponed my appointment two more times due to their poor communication and delays, shipping parts to the wrong location. After multiple follow ups and delays, I ended up paying over $350, much higher than the original quote. I struggled without a fixed window during heavy rains and flooding but they never care customer's urgency. Very disappointing experience.

Bill was the technician that came to replace my windshield today and he was such a gem. Friendly, responsive and got the job done fast. I would not hesitate to reach out to Caliber (and specifically request Bill) if I'm ever in need of another replacement! I was very pleased with his service today.

Service was easy to schedule and fast appointments. Had a little issue but it was resolved quickly by them. Will be using Caliber from here on out instead of the red brand.

Edit: revising my review. They came out again to fix the problem. Appreciate their thoroughness and follow through! Windshield was not installed correctly -- windshield coming off its rubber seal and whistling. In their defense, they brought out technicians quickly (and for free) to try to diagnose the problem after I called. I appreciated their thorough inspection. But in the process, they broke a part of my car. The whistling sound still persists. Total hassle. Will have to pay for dealership to replace the car part and fix windshield.
