They called me an hour and a half AFTER my appointment window started and said we need to cancel we can’t get your windshield for a week my appt window was from 8am-1pm which is ridiculous anyway. Called these folks to have them fix my windshield while my car was being repaired with Caliber collision. I was assured that they would coordinate and have my windshield fixed while the dents were taken care of. Picked up my car today and the windshield is still cracked. So, no coordination was done. Should have gone with Safelite.

I filed the glass claim with my insurance co. and within 30 mins of filing I receievd a follow up from Caliber. We were able to set up the appointment within minutes and glass rep. was there the following Monday. So thank you for your help and for getting this taken care of so quickly.

I've been trying to get my windshield replaced with this company for over 3 weeks now and have been given the run around the entire time. I don't know whether they are short on man power or just don't care enough to follow through. That would take actual communication for me to know which one it is. If you need anything taken care of in a timely manner I would look elsewhere. I will not be recommending this company to anyone and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a used car, dealership organized CAG to come out and fix the windshield. Visit 1: "Whoops, we don't have the right parts! We'll get the glass fixed, and fix the rest in a week." *Two months later* I call their line: *Automated service* "We're really busy, we'll call you back so you don't have to wait on hold." *their callback immediately hangs up when I answer* *repeat process* *agent calls back* "How can I help?" *I give details* "Okay, please hold!" *ten minutes of holding later I start writing a review* Turns out they have a parts shortage, and are still waiting. No communication from them in the past two-plus months

Positives: I was able to get an appointment extremely fast to fix my specialized sensor front windshield. All the staff was extremely friendly! For the most part they made My auto glass insurance claim process extremely easy. Negatives: I had to leave my car there all day, dropped off 9:00 a.m. If I had not decided to just take an Uber before they closed since I did not get a call saying I could come pick up my vehicle, I wouldn't have had a vehicle for the night. Apparently the reason for this was they had all of my wrong information which should not have been the case. They should have at the very least had my correct phone number considering I gave it to them and I called them from it. Outside of that though, I think they did a good job. My collision alert sensor seems to be overly sensitive and incorrect but we shall see.
