He was super nice, called me before he was expected, and gave me an estimate upon arrival, and showed up just before! He was promt, and clean, and asked me if I had any questions, plus, when he taped the windshield down, folded over the ends, so I could easily pull them off when it came time to! This is my 3rd time using Caliber, on 2 separate cars, I will always go back! You make us feel like people! Thank you!!!

Had some service Warranty issues with some work I had done in December 2023. I came in in July 2024 to get it taken care of cause I hadn't noticed until that point. Fred and his team were OUTSTANDING. He ordered all new OEM parts for me, called me when he ordered them, called me when they came in, and had his team pick up and drop my vehicle off to me at my residence the day of the repairs. No cost to me in any way. Top notch friendly service from Fred. He's doing good things at the Tucson Caliber Collision I knew I could count on him. Raising the bar!🔥
