Caliber Collision, My thanks to the mechanics for the excellent work made to my 2022 Outback XT. Many thanks go out to the entire Staff of Caliber Collision on Covington Pike in Memphis. They were very professional and explained every step of the repair. The staff members kept me updated throughout the process to the very end. Now my Outback is back to its original look. I get plenty of compliments from family and coworkers. I always respond with, "I know a fully experienced prepared powerhouse staff if you want their number, no I'm seriously" lol. Caliber Collision, again, thanks for making my ride shine again.

They received my vehicle on Jan 4, 2024 with minor repairs. I received numerous calls from Caliber stating my vehicle was ready. I drove 1 hour on 6 different attempts and my repairs were never completed. Every single time every employee from General Manager down assured me the next time they call me they guaranteed the repairs would be complete. I was told they used after market parts and they would mail me the symbol to assemble myself but that never happened. They were paid in full Feb 2024. As of April 23, 2024 its still a half job performed by Caliber Collision. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the recent collision repair services provided by Caliber Collision. Unfortunately, my experience has been characterized by a series of issues that have left me deeply dissatisfied. First and foremost, the repairs conducted on my vehicle were not completed to the minimum standard. Upon inspection, it became evident that several issues remained unresolved, despite assurances of thoroughness and quality. This failure to adequately address the damage has not only compromised the safety of my vehicle but has also undermined my confidence in Caliber Collision capabilities. Moreover, throughout this process, there has been a glaring lack of communication from your team and General Manager Carol. Despite numerous attempts to seek updates on the status of my repairs, I have been met with silence, unresponsiveness, and pure lies. This lack of transparency has only exacerbated my frustration and uncertainty regarding the progress of the work being carried out per the agreed quote and paymemt received. Furthermore, I must address the unacceptable behavior displayed by your leadership, Carol. I encountered a dismissive nonchalant attitude when attempting to raise concerns or seek clarification. Such unprofessional conduct is entirely unacceptable and has tarnished my perception of your company. Additionally, the overall level of customer service provided has fallen far below expectations. From initial contact to the completion of repairs, I have encountered inefficiency, disorganization, and a general lack of concern for my satisfaction or safety as a customer. This reflects poorly on your company's commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Finally, it is evident that there are systemic issues stemming from poor leadership within your organization. The staff members not completing work orders correctly, lack of accountability, direction, and effective management has undoubtedly contributed to the shortcomings I have experienced. It is imperative that these issues be addressed promptly and comprehensively to prevent further dissatisfaction among your clientele. In light of these concerns, ensuring that the necessary repairs are completed to a satisfactory standard, implementing measures to improve communication with customers, addressing issues of staff behavior, staff training and staff resources.

Originally gave a satisfied customer review but that has changed.. Next day after work was completed there was a ton of overstray that had to be fix. Days later, noticed the color was off (sunlight makes a difference), still didn’t get that corrected. Now theirs bubbles in paint on the rear passenger door. Now, noticed they didn’t install the rear passenger bed rail cover back properly. All clamps missing with tape underneath. The cover flew off in traffic. I will be filing another claim!!!!!!

I don't know which place to publicly make this review because I do not know which location this specific driver works for. But what is the point of caliber collision when the company drivers drive on public roads as if they are trying to pause a wreck. I guess to drum up more business. They do insane speeds, weave in and out of traffic, brake check, tailgate etc. When you call to make a complaint they want a truck number but the trucks do not have numbers on them, except for the plates. And then they tell you, they can't look it up that way. It isn't just one type of vehicle, it seems to be their entire fleet. I will be trying to call again later but my next step will be the BBB because it's ridiculous.

I would like say that everyone did an amazing job! The technician(s), painter(s), and etc. Additionally, Taylor (service agent) provided an amazing service! She cared more than me about updating me on the car 😂 (11/10 communication). I obviously knew I was in good hands by reading the reviews 😉. Anyways, my car looks brand new again! Thank you <3 Background: My car was scraped by a vehicle that caused some damage to the paint. There were 2-3 dents and cracked. The car is 3 months old and they made it new again 11/10.

The team at the covington pike location were top knotch! In a world where I feel like customer service is dead they have it alive and thriving at that location! The two different receptionist I worked with were so friendly. Taylor was amazing and very knowledgeable! I called a couple times to check on my vehicle and each call she was friendly and took her time to keep me updated on my vehicle! In a male-dominated industry it's awesome to work with a female! To speak on the quality of work done on my vehicle.They matched the color perfectly put the details on my vehicle door that was fixed.It looks brand new, they did a amazing job! I'm so happy I took my vehicle to Caliber!
