Camden County Auto Glass and Recalibration

I am very disappointed with their service. I hired them to replace a shattered driver side window at my house. The window was replaced and paid for while I was at work. I came home to shattered glass still all over the inside of the car and all over my driveway, which had none when I parked it there. The drivers door is still filled with shattered glass that makes noise and trickles out the bottom weep holes every time the door gets opened or closed. I will not use this service again or recommend them.

This place is absolutely the worse. Kate asked me about the sensors in my car and stated if you have rain sensors, driving sensors and all... the price would be $340. I said great, let's do it! When i get there I ensure they plan to do everything and her employees were like' No, you have to pay an additional $280 if you want the camera recalibrated... so I stated, that's not what Kate said. When I called Kate to go over what she told me.... I was feeling frustrated and all she wanted to talk about was how she feels of me being frustrated and I wasnt going to talk to her that way... mind you, I never cursed yelled or scream.... but was making a point that she never said anything in the text of an additional price. This could have very much been resolved with some ACCOUNTABILITY AND HOW CAN I MAKE THIS RIGHT! I will never give people my money that cant even admit that they were wrong! I will go somewhere else and pay more than deal with someone not accepting accountability for their actions and trying to make it right. I went to another place today and was informed of all costs and the window will be ordered and replaced with calibration for 650! Windshield ordered! I have passed on your information to my attorney. I had declined services from you, I was never refused. Secondly lying about me acting a fool at your shop when I NEVER step foot out of my car is a crime... which is defamation of character! Be careful of your words as you want to ensure you can prove things. Also, you are not on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) which should be a clue to many of how low class your business is! Texting me and requesting I remove my review is crazy! Then attempt to say I harassed you when you texted my phone after I left your place of business.... you are harassing me lady! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! If you need proof I have screen shots! Just reply and I will send!!! I want everyone to know this is not a reputable company! I dont need to remove anything! My window is complete with recalibration! You not gonna quote one thing and then try to charge me up! Not gonna happen. Never was denied! I needed a new windshield for my vehicle since it was badly damaged. I was searching for countless places until my good friend H.A. Recommended me to these guys and so i stopped by to get my windshield repaired and what an amazing job they did. They were super friendly and polite and their customer service was through the roof their prices are immaculate they work fast and efficient and get the job done with ease I will most definitely be coming back for future repairs and I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone from here on out.

Originally, I was going to have them come to my house and change out my windshield on my 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE but thanks to this New Jersey weather that wasn’t possible, but luckily they said I could meet them at their garage which was only like 10 minutes away. Both of them were very professional and had good conversation. They didn’t leave one piece of broken glass in my car. It was very quick and clean. Most places want to charge an arm and a leg with these newer cars needing calibration, but Camden county auto glass saved me over $400! Thanks guys for the new windshield!

Great and fast service and excellent pricing. Don’t waste your money on the big boys of auto glass like Safelite, when I was quoted for the replacement of my front windshield from them for $600. Went online and found Camden county Auto Glass and they did the same job and provided excellent service for half the price. AWFUL customer service. Whoever handles the scheduling is plain rude. I had questions about the services that were listed on their website but only received rude and curt comments. One of her messages read "I need to have a conversation with you real quick. Cause I really love a nice smooth day and a nice smooth schedule. And I am over here about to get your glass and I don't know what you're doing." Once I said I'd also appreciate a smooth experience but that things on the website seemed to all come with reasons why they couldn't be done, she threatened to cancel my appointment and refund my deposit. When I called to clarify the issue, she continuously mentioned there being red flags and how she's having a bad day because of family issues. When I responded, I called her ma'am but she cut me off to say something along the lines of "See? That's what I mean. You just called me ma'am. That's disrespectful...". HUH???? Perhaps she's unaware of the fact that the term is respectfully used when you don't know a woman's name but I digress. I continued to listen to her rant and we agreed to keep the original appointment. I'm aware that this was a huge mistake but they had the best price for windshield replacements so I was willing to risk it. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and me being directly outside of the business communicating with her. I asked how long the service usually takes because I'd never had it done and if I should either wait there or have my husband pick me up and drop me back off later. Her response was " about an hour. That's up to you if you wanna get picked up or not." I immediately drove off, canceled the appointment on the spot, and happily relinquished my deposit to end any further communication. It wasn't worth the hassle even if it meant saving a few bucks.
