Had a great experience with this service! My window randomly broke on a Sunday night, and I was unable to roll it up and down properly. I called Campus Auto Glass to see if they could help, and they diagnosed right on the call it was an issue with the window regulator. While the expectation should not be that they will immediately help you on a Sunday night all the time, they went out of their way to work on my car, and they drove to me and resolved the issue all in a two hour span. They are reliable, and I am very thankful and appreciative for the service provided. The window is working great again!

Late last month (September '23) I was all set to leave on a Monday morning to start my move out of Austin - my car was packed and I was set to wake up early in order to get to NY by Friday. Cue a massive thunderstorm and softball-sized hail that very Sunday night. My windshield got NAILED - the car was undriveable so I couldn't so much as get it to an auto glass shop the next day. I called Campus Auto Glass that night around 11:30pm and got on their schedule for the next day. 12 hours later and they came to me - the job was done quickly and for a (comparably) good price. I had to do a little cleanup but it was well worth it. Drove it 2,000 miles over the following 5 days and everything held together nicely, even through flooding rains in NY. If you need a fast replacement place you can call at any hour these are your guys. Highly-recommended!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I just had Scott finish repairing my rear driver side window when someone tried to break into my car to steal it this last Friday on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. He was super great and professional. Despite my door window giving him alot of trouble he kept at it and got it work. I guess when you got 40yrs of experience I guess you know what to do. His cost was so much more than fair. I gave him my mug of coffee and an extra 20 for all his hard work. He is off to go help someone else. I really recommend you give this self employed man your business. You won't regret it. My car was broken into overnight and two windows busted in and Campus Auto Glass was able to get my car windows replaced super fast! they were done before 11am! They even came to my work and did it while I was there so I didn't have to miss a day of work. they also did a good job cleaning out as much glass as they could from the busted windows. considering how crappy it was to have to deal with the windows and the theft, it was a relief to work with a great local service. I highly recommend this business.

DON’T DO IT - UNBELIEVABLY BAD customer service. he threw the broken windshield on my friends driveway & didn’t clean up any of the broken glass. I asked if he had a dust pan & he said NO! Slammed his door & drove off. I have it on security camera video. Scott also left broken glass on the dash of the car! my bf noticed that he also scratched the paint on my car. You can tell it’s rights next to the windshield where he pried the old one out. He charged $20 more than what was quoted. When I called for quotes I asked everyone for the out the door price that includes tax. Not even 12 hours after the install there is a chip in the windshield. I now doubt the integrity of the windshield. I called him to give him a chance to make it right - maybe he would sympathize & fix the chip & clean up the glass / finish the first job. He quickly snapped and said I don’t fix chips for free. He said it would be a $60 charge ! I asked him if he thought the way he left the job was acceptable & he said there couldn’t have been that much glass. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! I felt intimidated & was treated disrespectfully.

I don’t write too many Google reviews but I felt compelled to for this. Yesterday my car was broken into via the passenger window. I got a quote from my insurance to go through Safelite but it was still gonna be hell expensive to get fixed. I googled some other auto glass repair companies and came across this one. I saw all the great reviews and saw that they were open on Sunday. I called and spoke w Scott and he was so wonderful and helpful. He came out to my job the very next day (today) and replaced my passenger window. He vacuumed out all the glass too. I can’t believe how quickly I was able to get this fixed. Less than 24 hours since the incident! Scott was very efficient, communicated everything he was doing at all times, came to my job to fix it (convenient), and not to mention his prices are much more affordable than the corporate companies. 10/10 recommend Scott!
