Car Glass Repair

Fair price for the service provided, someone broke my car window there was glass pieces everywhere these guys did a super job. They show up ahead of time, fixed my car and cleaned out all the glass pieces.

Great customer service! I didn’t have to drive anywhere because he came to me which was amazing!! Took him 45 minutes and I was even able to make it to work on time!

My vehicle was broken into on the drivers side glass at a local hotel I was staying at. This company came out same day and replaced it. Which should’ve been a red flag. No reputable company would just have a section of glass laying around for my vehicle without having to order it from somewhere. I have had this issue in the past working in Seattle area. From the very first day I kept hearing rattling in my door every time vehicle is driven. Wind blows whistles through which gets very annoying. I’ve tried to contact this company many times to inquire about this. I’m unable to contact them, they don’t answer my calls, I have left countless messages and no return. After further inspection I noticed that the glass they replaced my window with is much thinner and inferior quality from factory glass that is in other vehicle windows. I paid full price expecting to receive a professional job with the correct materials. I feel like I was scammed by this company and would never recommend. I am in process taking further actions to resolve this issue mainly so no one else gets scammed by this company like I have. 4/22/2025 ... I haven't received a call back on numerous messages I left in your answering service, and it's so suprising of all the times I've called no one actually answers the phone anymore. I will be moving forward so you wont scam others like you scammed me. Furthermore, I could never recommend your company "Car Glass Repair", in Tukwilla, Washington due to the lack of customer service and poor quality materials used.

Our car was broken into and the passenger side window smashed in. We called Car Glass Repair and they came the next day, fixed it and cleaned up all the glass in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly and professional, and the cost of service was hard to beat. Hopefully we won’t have to use them again, but if we do we’ll call them! Highly recommend.

This is the one! I tried a bunch of other shops that didn't get my details right and couldn't get the right glass. Then I talked to car glass and they took great care of me. Clear communication, did the repair at my location, arrived on time, very nice to deal with, did a great job, and had me all fixed up quickly!
