Carefree Windshield Repair

I live in Crested butte Colorado and replacing windshields is always a process and usually a heavy waiting process on when they can get it done. I called and had an appointment within a week. I drove down and dropped it off for my appointment. Colby and his crew absolutely crushed it. Between Stacia’s customer service at the front desk and Piper’s expertise while crushing the install faster than I’ve ever seen, I was more than satisfied with my experience. I will be recommending Carefree windshield to everyone! They have my business for life.

Excellent choice for knowledgeable windshield replacement or repair. The other customers I had the chance to speak with were very impressed as was I with the way the quote, logistics and repair management was performed. My advice is that when you get a rock chip, come here that day to have it filled and fixed before it becomes a major issue. I have seen the smallest chip take out my entire windshield before. The service area and waiting room was clean and tidy, the service personnel were polite and informative, and the repair was completed quickly without hassle. I will recommend this to anyone who needs high quality repair and doesn’t mind waiting till a slot opens up. My wait was about a week for the replacement to come in. The price and quality was perfect for me! 5 star service!

Very fast and wonderful service. From phone call to finished product including several quotes for 4 other vehicles including finding a windshield for a 1989 Audi 200 was very quick and being treated like a real person instead of just another job or payment was a relief. Will indeed return when needed! Highly recommend. ***update got 2 windshields one for my truck ( taken care of same day!!) and one for the Audi excellent work, Quick and professional. Both Teflon coated and new wipers!

My technician was absolutely phenomenal!!! Mr. Tyler not only was professional fast and proficient in his job, but he kept me in the loop every step of the way during the installation process! From making sure that my vehicle was cleaned and well taken care of. Mr. Tyler also made sure that my dash was cleaned as he had asked me if I would like that and I was really appreciative of that fact. I will definitely be recommending carefree, auto glass to friends and family down the road.

I was left speechless with the service provided by the company and the tech. Everything that was promised was delivered. I was increasingly impressed when I got back into my vehicle and found that everything from the car wash decal to our Luxury Limousine PUC permit and the Expresstoll slider/transponder we're transferred from my old windshield to my new windshield. I will always use Carefree Windshield Repair and I will request Piper!

Technicians were nice and did quality work. I live in Falcon and they came to my residence and repaired 2 vehicles that had one chip each. One about a nickel in size, the other, a dime. They charged me 77.xx the day of repairs. There was confusion between multiple parties regarding price due to getting a call the next day asking for additional costs for the repairs. After some discussion, the representative was able to clarify costs and the total remained at 77.xx. The price is a good value for the mobile repair of two vehicles. I encourage everyone involved to get pricing written down when given quotes. This will avoid confusion for all parties.
