Beatrice from Caribe Glass Repair was amazing! She maintained great communication between us and handled everything between them and my insurance company. I didn't have to do anything. Once my insurance gave us the green light, they showed up to my house immediately and had the job done within an hour. No fuss, no mess. I highly recommend them for all of your glass needs.

I called at least 5 local places and with this one being a good ways away from my home I was surprised they were still able to service my rear window, and offered the absolute best price out of all the quotes. They were very caring and professional. I called on a Sunday and the next day they had someone at my home fixing my window (at a convenient time). Check all windows before they leave. Our back windows didn't work when the front driver door window was replaced by them. Then he unplugged the window panel and plugged it back in the driver side back window worked but not back passenger window. I had all windows down yesterday so I know they all were working before this. I would not recommend them. I gave 2 stars because they showed up when they said they would. Very disappointed.ike I said if they mess with any of your windows check them all when they are done.

My car got broken into on Black Friday and most of my money and ID/cards were stolen including my drivers ID. Not only did they give amazing service for an amazing price, but they drove out to me and serviced right on the spot. Very quick, very kind, very professional and I was called 10 minutes before arrival just to let me know they were almost here. PLEASE USE CARIBE, THEY WERE AWESOME!!!!!

They're not punctual at all I had a horrible experience with them.
