I can't even put into words how much the ladies in the office helped me with my car window. My car is a base model which makes it not the standard type when it comes to windows. They searched until they found a window for my car, the techs came out the day the window arrived at their facility and the gentlemen that installed it were so very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. Great experience with this small local business. Will never even try to use Safelite again. If you can't call a business directly how can you trust them with your car? I could not get the local Safelite on the phone no matter how hard I tried EVERY attempt went to an automated system. Carthage Auto Glass hasn't forgotten the customer.
