Cascade Auto Glass

Cascade Auto Glass, and Luis, just replaced my windshield on my Infiniti M35X, and they did a wonderful job. Luis was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job, and Cascade was by far more professional and had much better costumer service. I highly recommend you give them a chance before you go to SafeLite. My experience with them, start to finish, was exceptional. After 2 cancelled appointments, and 3 times having the price raised through SafeLite, I decided to give other companies an opportunity to earn my business. SafeLite was only my choice because I was under the impression that because they were biggest, they would be the best priced and most efficient. Boy was I wrong. I called Cascade and they gave me an accurate quote the first time, and also gave me an accurate installation appointment on my first call. This was before I informed them of my issues with SafeLite. The price was comparable (a little more through Cascade; $405 vs $389), but Cascade was also able to do this at my location which SafeLite wasn’t. SafeLite initially quoted me $299 and gave me an appointment for 7-25-2020, and then cancelled the day before because “we quoted you too low of a price”, after rescheduling for 8-6-2020 for $330(after it was raised again from the second price of $310) they cancelled the day before because they needed a part they didn’t order that was going to cost me an additional $59. Their inability to pay attention to detail lead me to call Cascade and it was my(and Cascades) gain. Wow! I was referred by a friend and needed my windshield replaced and recalibrated. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, having to get something fixed can make me a little nervous . The office staff and technician staff were so kind and welcoming when I had my initial appointment. After 2 weeks I noticed what sounded like a wind leak and my calibration was not working quite right so we made an appointment to get it looked at. Again, the team was so kind and were so quick to fix the issue. (Don’t let this deter you, my car would be the finicky one!) This place takes pride in their work and their care is evident in how they treat their clients. Definitely check them out.

Not a very well-ran business in my humble opinion. Made my appointment a week in advance to have my windshield replaced. When I showed up at the shop in Beaverton the two gentlemen there acted very surprised and put out by my very presence. They had no idea that I had an appointment scheduled that morning. Long story short: a part to complete the windshield replacement hadn't been delivered and I was supposed to have received a call informing me of the delay prior to the morning of the appointment. I never received any call and took off time from work to make it to this apppointment. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Undependable, unprofessional, and uncaring.

I can not recommend Cascade Auto Glass more, literally, look no further!! Someone broke into my car, broke the rear and driver's side windows. We are from out of town and the company my insurance company had "deals" with were booked out for two weeks. I decided to give Cascade a call. Briana was stellar! She heard me, didn't just read from a script like so many do nowadays. She showed empathy and concern. She set me up with a very quick appointment. Her quote for a technician to come out to where we were staying was $50 less than my insurance company's "deal" if I drove my glass filled car to them! James arrived at the residence, he was super pleasant and worked hard on our vehicle. It looked just like brand new. Cascade, you hired two of the finest people (probably more) thank you for outstanding service, for turning around an awful event into a pleasant experience. Thank you again. I just tinted my car windows a few weeks ago. We moved, and the second night at our new place - my car window was smashed in for theft. Safelite quoted me $500 and couldn't schedule me until August 13th.. more than 3 weeks away. So happy that Katelynn from Cascade Auto Glass was able to pencil me in on short notice. Within three days! First thing Saturday morning they let me drop off my car and keys. I walked around the corner from them to grab a coffee. On my walk back, they had called to say they were all done! Less than 45 minutes is all it took! They even vacuumed my car for us (we were still finding shards of glass window after the theft incident). And their quote saved us money compared to Safelite. Thank you Luis from Cascade Auto Glass!! James did an amazing job on my Wife's 2022 Ford Bronco Sport windshield replacement. He even came back to calibrate the sensors & cameras in the windshield. Very pleased. I have been a loyal customer of Cascade Auto Glass since the mid 90's. I do miss Cliff though.
