This place is awesome. Best price in Clarksville. I know because I called all of them to get a quote. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and got a all at 2 that it was ready to go. Had a fissure in the windshield of my rental that I did not cause and wanted more information on it. These guys were spectacular, friendly, informative and overall good people. I was leaving the next day and they had a backlog of customers so I couldn't get any work done but I truly appreciated their advice. Very highly recommend for all your Auto Glass needs.

Rock hit my windshield on the highway which of course instead of a easy chip repair turned into replacing my whole front windshield. The gentlemen who was the windshield repair guy referred me to Cato's because they were reliable and reasonable for replacing windshields. I have called every day this last week to setup an appointment and establish business but no one answers their phone and the voicemail box is full/not set up yet? How can you have a business when you don't pick up your phone or have a voicemail box set up? Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere and they didnt even get the chance to earn my business. Sad. Hopefully they read their Google reviews so next time their phone rings they pick up.NegativeProfessionalism

This place was great! The overall customer experience was really nice and friendly. I lived really close by and they offered to pick my car up and bring it back so I wouldn't have to sit at the shop. The windshield replacement looks good and they even vacuumed the inside of my car. The only small gripe I had was it took a couple more hours then my expectations had been set for, but luckily it was my day off.

Mr. Rob and Ms. Tiffany are awesome!! Cato's Auto Glass used to be on Crossland Ave, for years. If you want "EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE," Catos's Auto Glass is the place to go. They love God, their family, and all of their customers. Friendly atmosphere! They explain everything that they are going to do step by step. They also own Catos Exterminating Service. My sister and I want to say thank you for all that you do!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. I had to replace my windshield and they were half the price of all other places that I was quoted at. It's a family run business and they were so friendly and accommodating.
