First of all they have two fat cat siblings that are so cute and friendly, secondly they are a mom and pop kinda business with a great attitude and great work, lastly cheapest in Pierre. Definitely my go to place for auto glass :)

Had a replacement windshield installed in my car in the 1980's and it was wonderful, no problems. Had a replacement windshield installed in my pickup in November of this year and I noticed a crack in it 2 days later. By then I was back to work in South Dakota up by North Dakota and Minnesota so I had to take the day off work and drive back to Pierre so it could be established that yes, the crack was from either a faulty windshield or improper installation but it was not my fault. Chandler's was unable to put in a new windshield at that time because they were swamped and it was in the afternoon by the time I finally got there so I was told to come back another time and they would pop in another. The replacement of the replacement windshield was "free" but it costed me a days wages, 2 full tanks of fuel plus wear and tear driving back and forth so what started out as being very affordable suddenly turned into being mind numbingly expensive. Now, about the service. Very friendly staff, Joe is one of the nicest people around and although I didn't catch the other guy's name there, he was just as friendly. They had no problem with my dog hanging out in the truck during the removal and installation of the glass, both times. They have a wide stock of replacement windshields on hand and may probably be able to help most situations without having to make a specialty order. Seems like Chandler's also does windows for homes as there was lots and lots of glass for all kinds of applications there.

These guys are great. The back window on my work truck was broken and everyone else I called from here to Bismarck was quoting me $1300+ because the electric sliding center made the part extremely expensive. These guys had the common sense to realize this was a work truck and by swapping the fancy window with solid glass dropped the bill down from $1300 to under $400. Not only that, but they also provided me with a free loaner car while they were working. 10/10 for amazing customer service and workmanship.

We called near close on a holiday weekend and they not only got us in but had awesome attitudes! Great work, very affordable, and prompt service. They saved the weekend!!
