Called early in the morning for a chip in my windshield, Ryan answered me immediately. Very nice and professional over the phone, told me to come in at noon time. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. He is very friendly in person as well. Knowledgable, proficient, explained everything, excellent repair results. Price is very competitive and affordable, probably the best in the area. He will be my go-to glass repair/replacement tech going forward. I will recommend him to family and friends as well. This was my first experience of having to replace a cracked windshield. I decided to go with Clearview because of the positive reviews and it being a local business. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed. Here is an example of the high quality of service Ryan provides: - After driving with the new windshield, before the camera calibration step, we noticed it had a few imperfections in the glass (rare manufacturing defect). We called Ryan about it, he came over, saw the issue and replaced the windshield. - The calibration step for the replacement windshield failed. Ryan stood behind his service and after troubleshooting decided a different brand of windshield for my brand of vehicle should resolve the issue. A third windshield was installed and the calibration was successful. It's been a couple months and there have been no issues and we're happy with everything! While it took more steps than expected to replace my windshield, Ryan took responsibility for the things he couldn't control and was going to take care of whatever was required to get the job done at no added cost to me. Most of the time I'm sure everything goes to plan, but when things don't go as planned, that's when you appreciate the high level of customer support.

Very first experience with ryan was late by 30 mins text me at 1049 am for 11am appt stating he was going to be late then today march 29th set up appt for 12-1pm to come fix the issue due to nit setting the windshield right texted at 1154am stating hed be out by 130 then it changed to 230 im a truck driver i only have weekend off and 2 out 2 times meeting both times late then the kind of work i got out if him finally just said forget about the lifetime warranty not worth the hassle go to another company who can be on time and do the job right

Outstanding service from Ryan and his team. He walked us through every step that would be completed and even did a conference call with our insurance company to make sure we had all of our bases covered. He came directly to our house to replace both car windshields and while everything was completed in a super timely manner, we never felt rushed. Ryan was incredibly kind through each interaction and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. As a woman, I often experience servicemen to be patronizing or ask to speak with my husband instead, but this was not the case with Ryan.
