My rear view mirror fell off the windshield before a road trip and was hanging by the wire. I was refered to Coffman Auto Glass by the person who services my car's engine. I called for an appointment but they told me to just bring it right in. That alone amazed me. They fixed it very quickly, did an excellent job with great customer service and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend this Company and will refer them to friends and family.

Don't bring your car here. I had a hard time finding a shop to work on my Volvo convertible. I was referred to Coffman by an other shop. Glad I took my car in. Everyone was nice and honest. I will be bringing my car back for sure. That was my thoughts until I got my car home. They did more damage to my car they either disconected something or forced my convertible top open without unlocking it. Now I can't even move it manually. When I questioned them about what happened, I was given the run around. I thought something was up when they told me they were not going to charge the inspection fee, $180. I gave them a chance to fix the issue, I know stuff happens and would have been happy if they just owned up and fixed it. They have yet returned my calls and when I call I get the run around. Don't bring your car here. Most mechanics would go online to figure out what they might not know, I guess that thought never crossed his mind.

Do not trust these people! Complete scammers. My powered sunroof was stuck open. Randy “looked” at it. He literally walked outside looked at it and didn’t touch anything! It took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose. I was expecting him to pull it into their garage and do a thorough inspection like a normal auto shop, and give a proper diagnosis. But nope. He ASSUMED it was the cables that were jammed up. I was then told they needed to order parts and would call me with the quote. In the mean time I took it to another shop who THOROUGHLY inspected it. Turns out nothing was broken! All they did was clear dirt and debris out the way and it closed perfectly and works just fine! Then I get a call back from Coffman quoting me THOUSANDS of dollars for each part that they needed to order to fix the issue. And was also told that RANDY said the tracks were crooked And needed to be replaced. No MF, YOU’R crooked! F this place.

I have a Chrysler 300 and a manufacturers defect makes the door panels separate from the frame of the door. They attempted to fix it once and it didn't work. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I brought it back and they found a way to fix my car! I was so happy with there tenacity because I know it wasn't an easy fix. So if your #Chrysler or #Charger starts to have interior issues take it #Coffmans. They are awesome ☺️

I went to this place through my insurance company for a very small chip on my windshield they couldn't fix it.. Their quality of work is so poor that they left a bubble in the spot and the spot was still rough that rude old man at front desk Wanted to scam me and kept telling me for replacement for the windshield and windshield is perfectly fine . I regret going there . Please don't go to this place. Their quality of work is poor .they don't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional

Absolutely the best experience ever! I believe this may be a family-owned business. They are incredibly kind and helpful. I had a window issue where my rear window wouldn’t roll up, and all I had was a towel over it. With kids and the cold weather, it was a real concern. When I brought it in this morning for crash tape, I explained my situation. Instead of just that, they went above and beyond by taking off the entire door panel and fixing the window for me. Now my kids are safe and warm, and I don’t have to worry about the cold and snow. They were amazing and had it ready in just 15 minutes. Their prices are reasonable, and they take exceptional care of your vehicles. Moreover, they offer services beyond just windows, like installing car stereos and more. I was extremely impressed and will definitely go back if I need anything they can help with! 🫶
