Colorado Windshield Company

So I had my windshield replaced by Colorado windshield company on June 2nd or the beginning of June. I decided to go with Colorado windshield company because they gave me the best quote out of several other companies. Upon the initial replacement of the windshield, everything went good. They came out to my job and did the replacement while I was at work which was highly convenient. However, several days after the windshield was replaced I went to the car wash and water leaked in from the top driver side corner. I reached out to them again to let them know what was happening. They reached out back to me and told me that they would have somebody come back and fix that. They did come back to fix it. However, while the leak was getting fixed, the siding plastic was broken. The technician didn't own up to the incident, the technician didn't tell me anything and I had to find out that it was broken when I hopped in my car to drive home from work later on that day. I then reached out to them again and expressed what the issue was. it did take a while for the issue to be resolved. But they have replaced the piece that was cracked, and I am very satisfied with the way that the issue was handled. The technician was very professional, and they did keep their word. At the end of the day they took care of or was needed to take care of, I understand that sometimes things happen, and I would recommend this company to others and also use them in the future if needed.

Absolutely PLEASED with this company! Matt and Jeff and the technician Eric took care of my car so so so well. They understood and were compassionate about my time and budget constraints to a degree I can't imagine! They even matched another quote I got from a different company! in addition, when the job was done there was confusion about how I was paying and they returned my call VERY QUICKLY and made sure everything was okay within a 2 minute phone call! Eric explained EXACTLY how to treat my new windsheid to keep it long lasting and was VERY good at his job as well! I AM SO GLAD I found them online! I will definitely use this service again! I scheduled to have a window replacement from this company and had to reschedule twice. They replaced the windshield but later in the day I noticed something that look like a smudge on the windshield. A few days later, I finally went to the car wash, and I realize that the smudge were actually tiny scratches. It looked like the windshield was leaning up against something. Almost a week after I had the windshield replaced, I contacted the company to let them know about the scratches. Immediately they put the blame on me and told me that the windshield likely received the scratches when I was on the road, which is ridiculous. I guess with this company the concept of, the Customer is always right, doesn’t apply.

CRACK!!! And that was the sound of the rock hitting my windshield and what I thought was my wallet opening.... until Colorado Windshield Company saved the day!! So having been down the road of cracking my windshield far too many times, I have become somewhat resigned to spending a fortune on having it replaced. So when I found CWC I was absolutely THRILLED at the cost savings, especially compared to those other mainstream companies... you know who!!! Hate that commercial jingle. The service and quality of the glass was awesome as well! No corners cut and truly a perfect replacement. And the very reasonable price was even WITH them traveling to my driveway. I had a positive experience. I found a sticky note on my car while at work saying 'call me about your car'. I couldn't see any damage but I called out of curiosity and found out it was the Colorado Windshield Company. The person I spoke with was pleasant, and provided a (competitive) quote to replace my windshield. After a little research I decided to give them a shot. We scheduled a date and time for the techs to come to my house. They showed up on time and were professional and pleasant to talk to. They were done inside of 30 min. I'm pleased with the quality of the work, as well as getting it done for a reasonable price. I have an auto darkening mirror that was re-installed to the new windshield without any issues.

Pleased with this company from the initial phone call to the install. Crew arrived on time and found me a good spot to perform the work (in a busy townhome complex). The team of two was very professional in making sure that my rearview was affixed properly and they gave me great follow-up advice to make sure that the glass set properly. Cost quoted was right on the money and much lower than I was expecting for new glass for a 90's Grand Cherokee. Will recommend to all of my friends and coworkers! Also, I did my service on a weekend but they were ready and able to do an install at the parking lot at work! Just keep in mind that parking garages can be tough as they need space to work, that's why I scheduled weekend service at home.
