left a deep scratch in the paint of my brand new 40000$ car and refuse to fix it.(would include a picture if i could) i had an appointment scheduled through the dealership i bought the car to come to their shop to have the windshield replaced. instead they showed up 5 hours early at my house and did the job there. after the job was finished i found a very deep round scratch on the right side of my hood (which is the only side they could have installed it from). when i called and showed them pictures they refused to own up to it and give me any sort of compensation. now i am forced to spend hundreds of dollars to fix this myself. avoid this business at ALL COSTS. would leave 0 stars if i could

We spend a lot of time on the interstate and have had two new windshields and two chip repairs in the last three years. We found Complete Auto Glass very early on and have used them for all this work. They work you in for service very quickly and are efficient in getting it done. if you ask them to look for a best price for your new windshield, they can usually find a source that costs you much less. Our chip repair done today was completed in about 20 minutes and no charge with warranty from our recent windshield purchase. Don't really want to use them in the future, but with our bad luck running into rocks, we'll probably continue to need their services!ServicesAuto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

I wish I could give them 10 stars! From the very first call, they were incredibly friendly and supportive. Even after I agreed to their already fair quote, I asked if they could offer a bit more of a discount, and to my surprise, they lowered the price twice—without me even having to negotiate again. That level of customer care is rare! The service itself was flawless. They arrived on time, honored the discount, and even came to my location—something I didn’t realize they could do. I had assumed I’d need to drive to their shop, which would have been over half an hour each way, so this was a huge convenience. Justin, the technician, was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly, and took the time to communicate everything clearly. He completed the job quickly and even vacuumed up the broken glass from the incident, leaving everything spotless. I genuinely appreciated his effort and wish I had more to tip him. Completely happy with the experience—highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass repair! Will definitely hit them up again for my cracked windshield.

I wish I could give them 0 stars, by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First time I called, they asked to put me on hold, they kept me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up my call. When I called again a few days later, they did something similar. When I called to make an appointment, the girl was very nice (I'll give her credit for that). When my appointment day came for a service to come to me (window between 8 am - 1 pm) I made arrangements to work from home and cleared my meeting schedule to accommodate. To my surprise, 2 pm rolls around and no one has showed up nor called to let me know. 5 hours that I could've been getting meaningful meetings taken care of, wasted. When I called the shop they gave me hardly any answers about why the tech didn't arrive nor why I didn't receive any communication. Then at 4:30 the tech calls me, and poor guy, he was so stressed, clearly had been run ragged all day with all of his appointments scheduled back to back. When I told him I couldn't do the replacement at that time but wondered why I wasn't called he said "there's a bunch of people sitting around there next to phones, they should've called you". Overall, I had a really bad experience with this company and highly disappointed at the lack of trying to keep a customer or resolve this issue.

These guys were great! They do good work, quickly, and don't take advantage of their customers. My window stopped working after a recent cold snap/snow storm. The glass was frozen, and wouldn't move when I tried to roll it down. A few minutes later, the window fell into the door, and would not come back up. I thought that the car might need a new motor or regulator, but wasn't really sure. When I called and spoke with Caesar, he offered to look for the part at a salvage yard. He was able to locate the part for me, and scheduled a pick up for the next day. I brought the car by the shop in the meantime, and the tech looked at the issue for me. It turned out that the window was fine, and just needed to be reconnected with the regulator. The tech put it all back together in under an hour, and they only charged me a flat (and reasonable) service fee. These guys are honest, and don't charge for work you don't need. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

The gentleman who installed my windshield was very professional, but unfortunately he either installed the windshield improperly or we have an improper fit for my 2013 Ford Explorer. It took me a while to notice that there were problems because Colorado is very dry, especially the Denver metro. Once I moved back to Maryland (only a few weeks after the window installation) where it is very humid, I noticed the inside of my windows becoming foggy, which was strange, but I only realized what was happening a bit later. Considering I haven't been using my vehicle during the quarantine, I thought nothing of having it sit in the garage with the windows up. But because of the failed windshield installation, this led to a moisture build up inside of my vehicle, which led to a horrific mold also building up inside of the vehicle. I've tried contacting Complete Auto Glass for some kind of assistance with this problem, (at the very least a refund) to no avail.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield replacement
