I don't even know where to begin! My husband's truck was broken into yesterday in midtown. While he was dealing with the police report, I was scrambling to find an automobile glass repair shop. I called Friday at 5:30 PM (when most everywhere is closing up shop) & was immediately greeted with a happy voice. They were at the house the very next morning at 9 on the dot - earlier than anticipated!! They were done with the full repair in under an hour. They also vacuumed every bit of broken glass out of the seat/door. We will never use another glass repair shop!! Covington Automobile Glass is our new go to! Highly recommend

My car was vandalized at a concert venue in east Atlanta while I was on vacation. When my insurance couldn't help and was overpriced, Dashon was a life saver! Not only was he able to get to me the next morning, but got me a factory part. He came right to my air bnb. Was extremely professional and the nicest of guys. Two windows were repaired and cleaned up within a hour. Was able to enjoy the last day of vaca without changing plans and get home safely! My rear passenger window was busted out early Saturday morning in Atlanta . I just knew I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until Monda, but my mom convinced me to go ahead and check if I could get someone out as I would have had to drive all the way back to Mobile, AL without a window. I called Mr. Patterson whom I’d never received service from before around 10am and he let me know he could come out that day, just needed to check if the wear house had the parts. He called back not too soon after, answered all my questions, and had my window replaced before 1 for much less than I thought I would spend. Can’t beat his price or his service. Also checked out my people’s Escalade while he was there and got them a quote for their windshield.

Highly recommend this company! Very professional and nice. Dashon was a pleasure to speak to and do business with. I called him late in the afternoon to get the windshield replaced on my Volkswagen and he was able to come out the next day and have the job completed! They came out and had the job done in roughly 30 minutes and we have zero issues with the new windshield! If ever needed we will use him and his services again.

I CALL YESTERDAY FOR A WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT. TODAY MY BROTHER FROM A DIFFERENT MOTHER (AND FATHER) SHOWS UP AND INSTALLS A NEW WINDSHIELD IN MY NISSAN PICKUP. HE CALLS AHEAD 13 MINUTES! (I COULDA SLEPT ANOTHER 12!). 15 MINUTES LATER OUR OTHER BROTHER SHOWS UP TO HELP HIM. SO ONE IS EARLY AND THE OTHER IS LATE. I GUESS THEY AVERAGE OUT THE TIME,,,, THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB! I HAD A GREAT TIME VISITING WITH THEM! THE PRICE WAS ABOUT HALF OD SAFELITE AND NO EXTRA AD ONS FOR THIS AND THAT. HERE AND GONE IN ABOUT AN HOUR. EVERYTHING DONE WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE! THANK YOU MY BROTHERS!

Dashon was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. His pricing was fair and he was able to come out the next day. Once he arrived he was efficient and quick and even more friendlier in person. Completed the job timely and got us on our way.
