Skylar was professional, courteous, and flexible. He actually drove out to my house on Easter weekend to get me a wrap for my window so the car would be safe for my kids before the glass arrived, and installed the new window in the parking lot of my job so I wouldn't have to miss work. The price was reasonable as well.

This was a pleasant surprise to me. My infiniti QX 70 windshield had a crack I thought could be repaired but it was too long for that. I had talked to my dealer and they were looking at the options for me. When I contacted Crown Glass, I spoke with Skylar and he got the VIN, sent me an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment for repair the next day—at my home! I was a little hesitant, but decided to give it a shot. Well, he showed up 3 minutes to time, replaced the windshield in about an hour, and at a great price, lower than what my dealer would have charged me. Within 1h, I had a completely new windshield, no hassle, great deal and ready to roll. I couldn’t believe it. What can beat this? Superb and timely service, with great savings in the convenience of my home. What can beat this??? Well, I have saved his number, and he will be my go to guy for anything auto glass. Great experience! He answered my call on a Friday afternoon and came out to see my car at my house the very next morning. He was open and honest about the realities of repair versus replacement. He repaired it in about an hour and talked me through what he could do if something else happens and it needs a full replacement in the future. He’s personable, as well, which was a bonus!
