DOUG's fleet + auto glass

Thank you all. Doug and his people are the best. We tried all over Ky. ,Tn. , Illinois, Indiana, to get a windshield installed in our R.V. no one would help us would not touch our R.V. our insurance also tried to call everyone but still no help. So we were told to call Doug's and we did Beth worked with our insurance git everything set up. So we drove from Kentucky to N.C. got our windshield installed and was on our way back to KY. Doug’s fleet & auto glass is amazing! They were quick to get a windshield and get the repair done. They have a great warranty as well. They are awesome with their communication and were prompt on their arrival time. Jordan replaced my windshield and calibrated it for me. He was kind and very professional. Looks great would definitely recommend to others!

Our insurance company highly recommended this business for our glass repair (windshield). I contacted them and Beth, who works in the office, was patient and pleasant with answering questions and walking me through a quote as well as scheduling a time for a mobile repair. Jordan replaced our windshield and reinstalled our transponder, etc. It was an excellent experience from start to finish and an excellent value!

Great experience with these folks. They came highly recommended from a buddy who is a big time "car guy" that has used them multiple times in the past. Their shop is about a 1.5 hr drive from me so I made arrangements for my buddy to drive my truck to work in Denver, NC. They replaced my windshield on-site at his work place; no questions asked, no fuss or red tape. My buddy said that "this is one of the most well done windshield replacements I've ever seen". We love Doug’s ! And recommend them to everyone we know. They are friendly and very professional arrive when they say are going to and get the job done fast and right! I would recommend that people give them a call and see what they can do before calling anyone else! Today was our 3rd time having them come out ourselves.. but we have recommended to them a bunch of friends and everyone says the same thing!

Exceptional service! Doug, himself, answered the phone when I called. He quoted me a price that was over $100 less than Safelite and was able to schedule a technician to come to my house on my schedule. The repair technician called the morning of the appointment to confirm the address and let me know that he would be arriving between 9:30 and 10 AM. He showed up early, and had the window replaced in less than 45 minutes. The entire experience in dealing with Doug’s auto glass was outstanding. I highly recommend them.
