DWR Windshield Crack Repair

I cannot stress how professional, kind, and accommodating Jesse was with helping me with my windshield chip problem! I was recommended Desert Windshield Repair by a friend, and I'm glad I was! They were able to fit me into their schedule same day, and Jesse even beat me to my own home! (I was scheduled to meet him after work). Jesse is a true professional in every sense of the word. Unfortunately I got a rock chip on the way to work. Gave DWR a call and scheduled an appointment for the same day in less time than it takes to order a hamburger. Jesse arrived on time and communicated effectively by answering all questions. He was even able to help seal a small crack I hadn't even noticed. In summary I will only be using DWR for all my windshield needs.

I was driving on the freeway last night and heard a rock hit my windshield. When I got home I got a closer look and it looked like just a surface scratch. Although I have never experienced a rock hitting my windshield or any windshield issues in general, I wanted to be on the safe side and get it looked at in the event it could cause any further damage over time. I sent a text message to Jesse around 11:45 and his response time was quick. He was able to come out to my home at 12:30 and it took about 15 minutes for him to fix the scratch. I was super happy that he was able to come out so quickly and address the issue. On top of that he was really nice and laid back. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Super happy with his service! Jesse is nothing short of a 5 star person running a 5 star business serving Plm Desert and surrounding areas. He was very responsive and provided same day professional service. The repair work that he did was remarkable and what was once a very noticeable rock chip is now barely decernible. This is a person and company I have no problem recommending highly. I know he will be the first person I call the next time I have a rock chip or need a windshield replacement!

DWR and its owner Jesse are amazing. Yesterday on my drive out to the desert a rock hit my windshield. At around 10:30 I called Jesse by11:30 he was working on my windshield and at noon he was all done. I am thoroughly impressed by the work he did. Jesse was quick yet precise in his work. All the time he answered any question I had of him. I have attached before and after pictures.

Jesse, is professional, prompt, competent and genuinely pleasant to work with. Took a rock to the front windshield of my 1998 Corvette and within two days it started to crack. I called Jesse on a Sunday and he came to me at work within two hours! His prices are fair and he fixed another little spot for free! I will use him again and I highly recommend him!
