Had a rock chip from a while ago, and then snow in Flagstaff helped it spread out. Had 1 day off, and nobody in Flagstaff had what I needed, nor could fit me in today. Was told to call somewhere in Phoenix. Dave's was the first place I called, and they said they'd be waiting on me when I got here. They started working on it almost immediately! My F-150 was in and out in about 45 minutes. My 94 Acura legend took a few hours. Either way, this is the place to go. The service is GREAT! They really know how to make the waiting experience the best. Their waiting room has Direct TV with all the channels, WiFi, USB & power strips, a water cooler with cups, clean restroom & a foosball table. Their customer service is also great and everyone is so friendly. They also come to you and replace your glass at your address. Last time I was there, John even referred a good plumber since I mentioned I had a water leak, but that's another review. These guys are the ones that take care of our big rigs at work and are definitely my go to place to get my auto glass taken care of.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DAVE'S CREW BROKE MY REAR SIDE WINDOW AND LEFT BLACK OIL SHOE MARKS ON MY SUEDE SEATS!! Dave denied breaking my side window and then lied about offering that type of repair. Clearly, it's right on his website. I just hate to be lied to. No honesty here. I am reporting this business to the State Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, and all entities that will listen to me. Shady business. Charges NO TAXES. I smell an audit. Dave I'M AM ASKING ONE MORE TIME, TO PLEASE JUST FIX WHAT YOU BROKE. The statue of limitation is arriving so I need action or I take action. The employees at this place went above and beyond to help me with a windshield chip (smaller than a quarter) on a rental car. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I phoned a few places and they had the lowest price at $40. I didn't have to book an appointment and could walk in. I was there for about 15 minutes, and they have a comfortable waiting area for customers with free WiFi. Then to top it off, the employee surprisingly didn't even charge me for the service.

Just called in to get a quote to get my windshield replaced, before I could even talk the lady told me that they aren’t taking any cash customer’s because they are too busy. That means they are only taking insurance jobs because they know they pay big money. I was placed on hold before this and they played a long message about how they want to take care of everybody’s family like it’s their own. Kinda sounds like they just wanna make the most out of it from insurance companies

I was referred to Dave's Metro Glass as a reputable company through my mechanic. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Both in dealing with Jane telephonically (who handled my claim) and Shayne in person (the technician who came out to repair my windshield), I felt that my time was valuable, I was acknowledged on a personal level, and treated respectfully and fairly. For me, life never seems to get less complicated. I most definitely appreciate the expediency by which they returned my call, how they handled my claim, and most importantly...the human touch!
