I am extremely upset and very disappointed in the service I have received. I scheduled an appointment via phone call with one of their reps on Saturday. We made the appointment for Wednesday (today) for all the windows on my Honda Fit to be tinted. I had a feeling I should call and double check that all was set for today and I’m so glad I did because when I called I found out that the guy who “scheduled” my appointment for me on Saturday actually didn’t schedule anything. He never even set the appointment like he had told me he did! So now today (an hour and a half prior to the appointment) I’m informed I don’t even have an appointment today but that they can “help” me by putting me on the schedule for next Monday. That’s not helpful! What is helpful though is when you keep your word in the first place! I set aside time for this to be done TODAY! I wish I would have written down the guys name who “made the appointment” for me, he clearly needs more on the job training. I was excited to use this company based on their reviews but now I would not recommend this company simply based on the fact that they lack clear communication between one another and that they would not resolve the situation immediately. I booked my windshield replacement with a lady named Betty, she had promised me that the installer/technician would bring the $150 with him to give to me at time of install. Technician has no idea about this arrangement, even though it's plastered all over their website and marketing that they give you a $150 cash rebate. I don't believe this company even does installs as the installer came in a Diamond Auto Glass truck. I think they are just a lead generation company for less reputable glass company's. Very disappointed with the bait and switch.

For window tint they did an excellent job, they were more affordable than the competitors and their Suntech product they use is probably the best, we had a good experience with Betty. At first I was a little confused about the location and who we were communicating with but when I showed up at the auto dealership and asked for dealer auto glass they had everything ready, in writing and took us in early. I highly recommend this organization.

Overall experience was a bit of a letdown. They arrived late with the wrong windshield. Arrived late the second day, but at least they had the right piece of glass. Before they left I noticed that my carwash barcode pass had not been transferred to my new windshield. For someone who replaces windshields on a daily basis, this sort of thing shouldn't get overlooked. I chose this company based on positive reviews and their generous rebate for having a windshield replaced through insurance. "Normally" those rebates are sent to customers within 5 days of installation, or so I was told after weeks of not receiving it. I had to follow up 4-5 times because 1) initially I was never given instructions on how to obtain the rebates, 2) people gave me conflicting information, 3) boss man/woman had left the office and only they knew the answers, and 4) it was very difficult getting people to return my calls. I was cordial at first, but as time went on I became increasingly frustrated. Whether it was intended or not, they made me feel like a pest for asking them to uphold their promised service. After three weeks of unfortunate hassle I finally got the rebate. My experience wasn't Earth-shatteringly poor by any means, but next time I'll try a different company and hopefully get a "normal" experience.

Horrible! The guy that put my windshield in was either inept or just didn't have any respect for other people's property. Firstly, he didnt have all the tools to do the job (didn't have correct torx bit to remove screws). Then he completely broke the cowl cover, which understandably was dry rotted, so I could look past it. BUT he didn't reinstall the window moldings correctly, didn't put all the screws back in to hold it in place, and scratched the paint on my car! Then if that wasn't bad enough, he tried to buff it out with something that scratched it up even worse! I wouldn't let these guys put another windshield in my car if they paid me! Windshield cost me a couple hundred bucks, and fixing the stuff he broke is going to be another couple hundred! Avoid this place; prices are good, but there will be other unforseen costs.

We got a stone chip on Monday, while continuing to drive it turned from a chip to a huge crack, so we got to our destination and looked on the computer to see who we could find. We actually did find another company, who promised to fix on Tuesday then we received a call back saying now it could be Thurs or Friday and again another call to say Saturday or Monday. We didn't want to wait any longer so we tried Dealer Auto Glass spoke with Kelsey she was so understanding polite and extremely helpful. We called at 8am by noon they were installing the glass. We are extremely happy with the service and attention to detail. Rocky was the installer with over 40yrs of experience polite friendly and very professional (Rocky all the best to you and your entire family and I Will have a Tommy burger for you & Kelsey good luck on the lottery) I would definitely recommend this company we are from out of town and now we can safely continue our journey thanks to Dealer Auto Glass of AZ.
