Dealer Auto Glass Phoenix

I booked my windshield replacement with a lady named Betty, she had promised me that the installer/technician would bring the $150 with him to give to me at time of install. Technician has no idea about this arrangement, even though it's plastered all over their website and marketing that they give you a $150 cash rebate. I don't believe this company even does installs as the installer came in a Diamond Auto Glass truck. I think they are just a lead generation company for less reputable glass company's. Very disappointed with the bait and switch.

For window tint they did an excellent job, they were more affordable than the competitors and their Suntech product they use is probably the best, we had a good experience with Betty. At first I was a little confused about the location and who we were communicating with but when I showed up at the auto dealership and asked for dealer auto glass they had everything ready, in writing and took us in early. I highly recommend this organization.

The customer service was great until my chipped windshield turned into a crack when the tech was attempting to fill it in. I understand this happens and was warned before the tech started. But when I was told I would receive a call in 30 min. to discuss replacing the glass I didn't receive that call. When I called the office myself and explained the situation the guy I spoke to couldn't even find my information in the system even though they already took my money. And I wasn't given a receipt when the tech left so I basically had no information from them other than a phone number. The man I was speaking to at the office attempted to look up my windshield model and then went on to tell me the difficult process it would be get the replacement and because he couldn't find me in the system he basically made no attempt to sell me a windshield, even though he could've just added me to system. Surprisingly, I received a call from the manager a few hours later and was given a quote, which was $330 more than quote I received just two days prior. I appreciated her apology for all the confusion and her attempt to help me out, but this was a very chaotic business to deal with. Receiving services shouldn't be this difficult and the information customers receive shouldn't be this inconsistent.

I am extremely upset and very disappointed in the service I have received. I scheduled an appointment via phone call with one of their reps on Saturday. We made the appointment for Wednesday (today) for all the windows on my Honda Fit to be tinted. I had a feeling I should call and double check that all was set for today and I’m so glad I did because when I called I found out that the guy who “scheduled” my appointment for me on Saturday actually didn’t schedule anything. He never even set the appointment like he had told me he did! So now today (an hour and a half prior to the appointment) I’m informed I don’t even have an appointment today but that they can “help” me by putting me on the schedule for next Monday. That’s not helpful! What is helpful though is when you keep your word in the first place! I set aside time for this to be done TODAY! I wish I would have written down the guys name who “made the appointment” for me, he clearly needs more on the job training. I was excited to use this company based on their reviews but now I would not recommend this company simply based on the fact that they lack clear communication between one another and that they would not resolve the situation immediately. DON'T USE!!!! They "claim" they will mail you a rebate of a certain amount of money in a 2 week period, but don't hold your breath. You will never see it! I personally have called their CEO 4 different times leaving voice-mails (cause he never answers his phone) asking him to please call me back, and I haven't heard a thing. They were very attentive when I was shopping for a windshield, but not after the fact. Oh yea, and they use the lowest grade of glass when they install, you have to know your glass to make sure they are bringing you actual "Dealer auto glass" they will tell you its the same thing, but ask anyone who knows anything about cars, and its a LIE! Don't use these scam artists, take your business elsewhere.

We got a stone chip on Monday, while continuing to drive it turned from a chip to a huge crack, so we got to our destination and looked on the computer to see who we could find. We actually did find another company, who promised to fix on Tuesday then we received a call back saying now it could be Thurs or Friday and again another call to say Saturday or Monday. We didn't want to wait any longer so we tried Dealer Auto Glass spoke with Kelsey she was so understanding polite and extremely helpful. We called at 8am by noon they were installing the glass. We are extremely happy with the service and attention to detail. Rocky was the installer with over 40yrs of experience polite friendly and very professional (Rocky all the best to you and your entire family and I Will have a Tommy burger for you & Kelsey good luck on the lottery) I would definitely recommend this company we are from out of town and now we can safely continue our journey thanks to Dealer Auto Glass of AZ.
