I was warned the appointment would potentially take a long time due to recalibration. It was finished in a super timely manner and ahead of schedule. From the first phone call with Sara looking for a quote, to the actual install and interaction with the tech/maybe owner - this was a top notch establishment that preformed the work they promised. The install came out great and they took care of things with my insurance. No suprises. Highly recommend. There is a little waiting room area with a bathroom if you are waiting with your vehicle. I woke up to a shattered passenger side window in -4 degree weather. As part of my job I transport folks around. I reached out to 5 glass places around me and Dedicated Glass was the first to respond. I called them immediately and the person on the phone (Booker) was professional and kind. Even though they initially said I could come get it fixed next week he fit me in the same day when I explained my work situation. Soon after I started getting quotes back that were not as good as DG. They worked quickly, and did a great job and my car was spotless afterwards. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

We had to replace the windshield on our 2016 VW Passat after a destructive windy Maine day. The appointment took less than an hour, their business was easy to find driving from Portland, and they were nearly $200 cheaper than any estimate I received around the Portland area which made the drive to Biddeford well worth it! Their waiting room was small with free coffee and magazines. I have Verizon and had no problems with phone service while waiting.

My folks and my husband all had work done by Booker. We can’t say enough about how overly accommodating Sarah in the office was with scheduling and pricing or how efficient the work that was completed on all of our vehicles was as well. We especially appreciate that they are a small and local business that keep up well with the bigger companies they have to compete against. Super sweet, professional and timely!! Most importantly, they have Wicked reasonable prices!! This is my 2nd windshield replaced by them and I'd drive even Further to have Them do it again. My fiancé and I needed a new windshield in our 2015 Acura TLX.We called so many places all of them couldn’t do it for over a week and also every place said they or we had to recalibrate our front camera and safety features at the same time.Which cost just about as much as the windshield called safelight1200$ crazy. Came to Dedicated Auto glass got us in with in 2 days gave us the best price and told us we could come back once we had the money to get it recalibrated staff was great the owner was great it took about one hour so professional. We would recommend them to anyone wonderful work.
