a turkey hit my windshield on Friday and they made sure to squeeze me in on Monday! Sarah, who was wonderful, explained how everything worked and made sure that they’d get my windshield fixed on my only Monday off. They even asked me if it was okay if they got it done after hours, which is dedication. If I didn’t have glass coverage it would have been approx $319 which is $100-$200 cheaper than surrounding companies. Thank you guys for your awesome service!

DAG was extremely professional and Sarah was so helpful with booking the appointment quickly and going through the insurance to bill and ordering the windshield I preferred for my Jeep. Bill did such an amazing job installing the new windshield. The replacement was extremely quick without compromising quality. I’m so pleased with the outcome and how fast everything was. We had to replace the windshield on our 2016 VW Passat after a destructive windy Maine day. The appointment took less than an hour, their business was easy to find driving from Portland, and they were nearly $200 cheaper than any estimate I received around the Portland area which made the drive to Biddeford well worth it! Their waiting room was small with free coffee and magazines. I have Verizon and had no problems with phone service while waiting.

I woke up to a shattered passenger side window in -4 degree weather. As part of my job I transport folks around. I reached out to 5 glass places around me and Dedicated Glass was the first to respond. I called them immediately and the person on the phone (Booker) was professional and kind. Even though they initially said I could come get it fixed next week he fit me in the same day when I explained my work situation. Soon after I started getting quotes back that were not as good as DG. They worked quickly, and did a great job and my car was spotless afterwards. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Fantastic customer service- from the front office staff to the service tech! The person who answered the phone was very nice and helpful and sent a service tech to our home. The tech arrived on time, called prior to arrival, was very courteous, and did a great job. The price for windshield repair was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company. So happy to see great customer service still exists!
