I was pretty shaken up when my front windshield suddenly shattered while driving on i-95 on Thursday evening. Friday morning I called Delaware Auto Glass and was given a quote and appointment for Monday morning. I arrived today and was so happy with the customer service I received. My technician Duane (spell check) was so friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything and started working on replacing my windshield right away. I sat comfortably in the clean lobby with free wifi and literally 35 minutes later my new windshield was done. Duane even vacuumed up the glass inside my car and re-installed my dash camera, phone holder and EZ-Pass. All of this for half the price of Safelite 😉. I'm so impressed and thankful!! I had used Delaware auto glass in the past so when my new 2023 Jeep Wranglers windshield broke I returned for a replacement. I called the day my windshield spidered and they got me in the next day. Well let me tell you, never ever would I recommend someone get their windshield replaced here. If I could give less than a one star I would. My Jeep is a limited edition color. They chipped the body/paint around the glass. I’ve never been more infuriated in my life. They had the audacity to use what looks to be purple nail polish to try and cover it up and not tell me. Let me mention the black sealant too. Oozing from corners and along the edges of the windshield. Even the window itself had black sealant on it. I’m beyond pissed and this is going to cost hundreds to fix. Do better. I will be reaching out for a full refund and compensation.

Unfortunately I needed a windshield for my 2012 Honda Odyssey, but thankfully the folks at Delaware Auto Glass were able to give me a fantastic price and discount and it was a no Brainer to take it to them. They had my windshield ordered super fast, and were able to accommodate my schedule. In fact they had my windshield installed ahead of schedule. This is the third car I've taken to them and already have to bring another one to them soon. Definitely good quality and good service.

Had a really bad time here. Googled window repair when I had a window break from a wind storm recently and found them as a local shop. Love to support local over a national thing so I got a quote online and entered what I needed. Then promptly got a call from a tech about my quote and if I would like to schedule an appointment after we talked about needing the back glass replacement like I stated in the online quote and set me up with a appointment the next day. Great! Then I get there at 10am the next day… I go in for my apt and they scope things out.. and ttech comes in seconds later and asked “you need the back glass replaced right?!” “I said yeah that’s what me and Eric (the tech) talked about. The front desk girl and the tech on hand argued in the shop and then came back in. She then asked me to come back at 3pm (my apt was at 10 am) because of a mix up… ok still chill So I come back in at 3.. they get it done in under an hour but the tech comes out and says he cannot reinstall my rear wiper… and gives it to me in my back seat… they then ring me out for a full charge… leaving me to install the wiper motor and figure myself.. taking my whole work day to half fix my window..but reluctantly still paying full I protested to which the rotund woman by the name I can only assume as Emily claimed I was a drug addicted and was brandishing a bat with the script “Emily’s stick” which makes me think that this con has gone on a bit. I got the wiper and motor on with no problem after removing the wiper with the proper pullers. This shop really is the worst and I will not expect this shop will ever do honest work

I had a great experience with Delaware Auto Glass. Duane was the technician who worked on my windshield, and he did an amazing job. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly fast — he got the whole job done way quicker than I expected without cutting any corners. Brought my 2021 RAV4 to Delaware Auto Glass for a windshield replacement. The total cost seemed competitive. I had decided to bring my vehicle here because they seemed professional; however, I was quite disappointed by how they had damaged my side panel when removing the glass (see pictures). I showed the damage to the supervisor and they agreed to order a replacement. I had to drive one hour back to the shop to bring my vehicle. They did install a replacement for my side panel. I will never take my car here again. 3/4/24 - Update to reply to business response: The claim that the trim was damaged by another shop is completely false. In fact, I have pictures of the trim prior to leaving the car at your shop. In fact I have not had to replace my windshield before. The fact that you replied in such way shows lack of professionalism and business oriented approach. A simple response like this would have sufficed: “We are sorry you were not satisfied 100%. Please note we responded immediately to get this rectified.” It is not about the money. In the end, I would rather pay more and know I am getting a better service all around.
