These guys did a great job and even put my oil change sticker and easy pass back on my windshield when they were done. They were so polite and hospitable when I arrived, and the guy who drove my car up was just as courteous. The price beat 2 others I contacted for quotes and I appreciated them asking for my vin number to get a precise quote. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again if I need them. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Dropped our truck off to get the windshield replaced. Was told we were 3rd in line and they should have it done between 9-10am same day. Didn't get the call to go pick it up until 2pm. They're timing was way off. Good thing we cleared all the jobs for the whole day and not just half the day or we wouldn't have been able to get to them. Besides that the windshield is great, employees were friendly and the price is reasonable.

Update: The leaky windshield damaged electronics in my vehicle. A few hundred dollars is now costing thousands in repairs. Thankfully the owner Homer is working with me to find a resolution. Windshield leaking on a new replacement. The manager of Delmarva Auto Glass offered no suitable resolution and never brought the issue up to the general manager even after calling several times. Once I mentioned small claims court and only then was I forwarded to speak with the general manager. They have yet to offer a refund on the $285 windshield that was un-skillfully installed which goes against their warranty so I can get it fixed elsewhere since the vehicle is now in another state.

Branch fell on my windshield in middle of the night making a nasty spiderweb of cracks, called next day, got a great quote compared to others who were much much higher, quote beat Safelite by ALOT. Michael set me up with an appointment for very next day, dropped it off, was done faster than we thought. Looks great, quick turn around and great communication! If you need your auto glass replaced go see DAG! They also offer where they’ll come to you, I elected to drop it off because it was quicker! It’s hard to find 5 star service nowadays and DAG delivered just that, will recommend to friends and family! PS they have a nice sitting area if you plan to wait with wifi and staff is super friendly!!

We got hit with a rock that turned into a 2 foot crack on the way up for a couple days for a funeral. When we called DMV Auto Glass on Wednesday, they said they could do it on Friday. We explained we have to drive home Friday, is there any way you could fit us in on Thursday? They said absolutely, bring it in first thing in the morning and we'll get you taken care of! We brought the car in 10 minutes before they opened, and they were already prepared to help us! We fully expected and let them know that they could have the day if necessary, and pick it up Friday morning on the way out of town. They were so awesome, they had it done before lunch! 5 star service, both for the job, and the customer care! Hopefully we never need to come back for another new windshield or a repair, but if we ever do, we know who to call!

your websites run in circles, they should provide an email contact area, a place for general quotes based on need, type - year of vehicle, etc... they don't tell anyone anything they don't already know. the Millsboro site also says open 8-12 Saturday and when you call, someone from Salisbury answers and says Millsboro is NOT open on Saturdays. info should be accurate. your work is great, Delmarva wide, but frustrating trying to reach you when not during your normal hours...
