My car was broken into and the side power window smashed to pieces. I called Discount glass and asked when their next available appointment was. I told it was 2 days from the day I was calling. I was emotional at the time and tried to keep it together while the man asked questions so he'd know what to order for the repair. He then told me he could have it by the next morning and squeezed me in to get the repair done, knowing it was going to snow that day. I am beyond appreciative and could not express my gratitude enough. I was initially quoted $193 over the phone to replace my windshield. Because I provided wrong information, they had to order different type of windshield. I was thinking the price might jump higher than what was originally quoted, but it was actually $20 cheaper than my initial quote. I was surprised because most businesses tries to take as much money as they can from the customers. So I appreciate their honesty, hope I don’t have to replace anymore windshields in the future but if I do I’ll go to this place. I recommend this shop 💯%

Out if the three places I called Discount Auto Glass was the least expensive. Service was great from both owners and techs. They replaced my windshield very quickly. I decided not to do tinting as they required my vehicle for the whole day. With that being said, one of the technicians broke my door handle and later I noticed chipped paint in several areas around my windshield. Now, they did replace and install a new door handle free of charge. Also I don't really mind the chipped paint as it is an older vehicle. But, I will not be returning with any of my vehicles due to the carelessness from the techs.

Taking my Rogue, Nissan for windshield replacement and all around tint. Had appointment on Monday and was cancelled, are appointment for service was overbooked, so now today is the day Wednesday the 31st and hope everything goes well. Gilbert Ty for your response on my first review. We have a business card with owner Alan Gutierrez, with your employees written description of what we were asking for, and employee was very well aware that Nissan Rogue had a previous tint and employee suggested a new tint applied over the old to save some money was his suggestion. We were scheduled for the day my husband took car iin wich was Monday 29th. We have nothing to do with your miscommunication on scheduling and employee not being direct on the light tint we already had, but wanted it darker do to the heat and intense sun rays. We are very satisfied with the work that was finally done the following Wednesday.

Went to have my windshield replaced, great! Got there and they had the wrong windshield ok understandable. Went back the next day, waited some time for it to be replaced. Finished it and I was happy to have it finally fixed. A few days later I noticed leaks in the inside of the windshield. Took it back and was made out to seem like I was a liar. There’s no consistent water streaks or stains is what I was told, but we will “fix,” it. Great! I already felt uncomfortable at that point. Left and noticed a chip on the front windshield but at that point I didn’t have time to turn around and go back. Took a photo went back the next day and was told that it was no way made by them and that usually chips happen a lot when going to Albuquerque. I’ve literally had the windshield for seven days. I’m just done. To many issues, and to much time wasted going back and forth. Do your self a favor and go to the dealership its worth the extra cost for it to be done correctly.NegativePunctuality, Professionalism, Value

Called around for a quote for auto glass. Discount was the least expensive. I made an appointment for a Monday, knew I would not make it and rescheduled for a Friday. Spoke with two different employees, each very informative and professional. I went in and within 10 minutes they were busy putting on the glass. The quote was exact plus tax. ..They were timely expedient and professional. It took approximately an hour, I must admit that the waiting room, although clean and comfortable was kind of hidden and I felt slightly boxed in.
