This company works directly with New Country BMW, all I had to do was hand over the keys and the job was perfectly done. Paul installed my windshield; he was down to earth and professional. Top tier company. Making the appointment was simple and they worked with my insurance (Lynx) State Farm. If BMW uses them they have to be great. The job was done at the dealership as my preference. Paul at East Coast Auto Glass in Portland, CT was absolutely amazing. We have three vehicles that all need replacement windshields, and so far, he has done two out of three. We are doing the third next week. They have been phenomenal! His company is family owned, and even though they’re very local to me right now, if I somehow ended up living in a different town in Connecticut, I would still drive to Portland to do any future glass repair/replacement through him! Courteous, prompt, responded to my many questions, took care of all the insurance stuff once I made the initial claim, made sure I got what I needed from the insurance company, and took great care of my car. My sunroof was broken on a Wednesday , the insurance called the same day and i called them friday cause fed ex send me a message that my sunfroof was delivered at 12: 30pm that friday haven been to work for 2 days called and spoke to flora she indicated that it wasn't in the shop which fed-ex. Said it was delivered. She said wood returned called abd never did. Called back 25 minutes before closing no one pick up. Poor customer serve. Went to replace a cracked windshield on my mini cooper today , I m very extremely satisfied for the results , jobs came out 100% complete within an hours my car was ready , super Fast , Clean and quality . Had a wonderful experience with East Coast Auto Glass. Needed to replace my windshield and they were very professional and did great work. The first piece of glass they ordered had some imperfections in it and they were kind enough to return it and order a windshield that was shaped perfectly and do the job right which I really appreciated. Flora in the office was very helpful and available to help me schedule my appointment and then again when I had to reschedule due to the reordering of the windshield. I would highly recommend them for any auto-glass repair or replacement.
