Unbelievable service! I had Safelite scheduled to come out on Saturday around noon. They called and cancelled the morning of (7:16am to be precise). I had already waited too long to get my window fixed so I decided to call around. Eastside Mobile Auto (Allstar Auto Glass) was able to schedule me next day, coming to my home! AND it was HALF the price of Safelite! Not only was the price exceptional, so was the service. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name! He arrived at 1:14pm and was done by 1:48pm. He was kind, professional, and patient with me. He vacuumed out ALL of the glass along with the rest of my car. I wish I could give you guys 100 stars!! Thank you doesn't seem to justify the gratefulness I have for you guys!

These folks are great! Very professional staff and they did a perfect job replacing my windshield on my 2023 Outback. The process was completed in a couple of hours and you would never know that my windshield was replaced. The quality of work is from Eastside Mobile Auto Glass is significantly better than going through any of the national chains and I highly recommend going through these folks for your auto glass repair.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I'm only able to consistently be available on the weekend so After making an insurance claim I showed up at their place of business on Saturday at 10AM which per their posted schedule is within their operating hours. They weren't there. I contacted them later that week and made an appointment. They weren't available the following Saturday so I made one for the next available Saturday and I showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment time... they weren't there. I waited for 15 minutes PAST my appointment time and they never showed up. If you guys aren't there customer service is an automatic 0. Hope when I finally get to come in during the week it'll be a five star experience so I can average it out to a 1.67 and round it up to a 2.

Great and quick windchield service (1.5hrs total), but why can you not clean up after yourselves and WHY do your technicians have a need to use my passenger front door as their stepping ground for this service? Given the weight of a technician, this can sag the door and damage not only the interior of my car, but the door itself!!! An hour ago, I was a happy customer driving away with a brand new windshield, until I noticed the dirty footprint. This is my 3rd time using this service, and the first time I see this.

Short summary: Glass dust and small shards left all over my interior after windshield replacement. Let me be clear that the employees are nice, this is a process problem. I had just gotten my car detailed next door and went to this place to take care of a hairline crack in my windshield in the same parking lot afterwards. I picked up my keys a few hours later and there was shards of glass on both front seats even on the paper receipt from the interior detailing I had done 3 minutes prior to drop off. I tried picking one shard up with my fingers but they were so small I just immediately cut my thumb and started bleeding. I went back inside to ask if they had a hand vacuum I could borrow and get a bandaid and they did vacuum the drivers side. I pointed out the passenger side had glass as well and they got that too, but there’s simply glass dust and little shards on every surface in the front half of the car. I have no desire to give employees a hard time when they are nice and just following protocol. However, the protocol should include covering interior surfaces with a drop cloth or in the very least wiping things down afterwards. Having so many glass particles in my car is not only dangerous (already cut me) but really disappointing considering I just had my car detailed and wasted money.

Super pathetic service. First time they installed windshield which had deformity making me dizzy while driving (understandable that it could happen with certain parts). Asked me to come and just check it out. Then asked me to come again for new windshield. I was there 10 mins past appointment time and they closed the shop already. They even needed two times to put on a wiper. STAY AWAY from this place. Staff at the desk is rude and no apologizing of any sort. Super bad. No respect for customer time Update - Owner called and they sent mobile repair unit to our residence. Appreciate getting this fixed without needing more time from me. Tom was nice to talk to and took care of the situation Bumping up rating considering how they addressed the situation
