Terrible Experience - Discrimination and Unprofessionalism I’ve been a loyal customer of Eureka Auto Glass since 2005, going there with my dad, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I visited to get my windshield replaced, and I had cameras inside my vehicle. They asked me to remove them so they wouldn’t accidentally damage them, which was fine. I asked if they could put them back since I had paid $300 to have them installed. The response I got from the technician was shocking: “Not my problem. I fix windshields, you put the camera back yourself.” That level of customer service was beyond unacceptable. On top of that, they didn’t even install the sensor cover properly—it’s loose and makes a clicking sound. Worse yet, the staff was making inappropriate comments in Arabic, thinking I wouldn’t understand. I chose to ignore it and paid for the service, even though it was far from satisfactory. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I drove 40 minutes back to the shop to have my passenger window checked as it wouldn’t roll down. The front desk had told me during my last visit that they would take a look to see if it was the motor or some other issue. When I arrived, it was total chaos. The staff didn’t seem to know who was supposed to work on my vehicle, and the same guy who had made the rude comments last time started up again, comparing himself to a former Pakistani president, Musharraf, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. From the waiting room, I could see the shop floor on their big camera screen. Instead of actually inspecting my car, I watched as two or three employees just stood around, walking aimlessly around my vehicle. No one opened any panels or tried to diagnose the issue properly. After a couple of minutes, the front desk guy told me they couldn’t fix it because it was an electrical problem and suggested I go somewhere else. I confronted them for their discriminatory behavior and the derogatory comments made in Arabic, only to be dismissed. If you are a non-Arab customer, I highly recommend avoiding this place. They’ll insult you in their language, waste your time, and show no professionalism whatsoever. I’ve reported this to the Better Business Bureau and will be following up. I have video and audio evidence of their behavior from my dashcam. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect.

Bobby (owner and front desk staff) needs to do a course in customer service...he is very argumentative and if he wants he will tell you to pick your car up and leave...seems like he does not need your business. Anyhow staff in the back and well experienced and good professionals. Good quality work and good products but please please oh please make sure you tell Bobby each and every detail of your vehicle before he quotes you on the phone...better to take the vehicle and get a quote...Been there three times and every time the price changes from what is quoted on the phone. This place was awesome. I received a quote over the phone and i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The price was reasonable. The owner was friendly. My only issue was when I walked to my car one of the guys working on my car opened the door for me then asked me for “cash”. I thought he was joking but he continued to repeat “cash” over and over as I got in the car. I told him I didn’t have any cash on me (which was true) and then he repeated, “ten, just ten.” When I reused he harshly slammed my door. I’m almost positive the owner does not realize one of his employees is harassing women for money as they leave. I certainly won’t be back. CAUTION TO WOMEN because I am positive he would not have done this if my husband was there! ***** The same day I posted this review the owner reached out to me and apologized on behalf of his employee. I had an amazing experience with Eureka Auto Glass. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They scheduled my appointment quickly and offered mobile service, which made the whole process super convenient. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and finished the job efficiently. My windshield looks flawless—like nothing ever happened. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, they were fast, affordable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again if needed.

I would not recommend this place I got my windshield replaced on my 7 series bmw and a few hours after they left I noticed a scratch under the wiper blade a realy deep long scratch I called them back and they kept arguing and talking saying it’s not our fault and how I dropped something in it and making up stuff and doing everything but taking responsibility for it I would not Recommend this place at all I would go with something like satellite even though there more expensive you get better glass and better service from them.

I came here a couple months ago to get my rear window replaced. I came on a Saturday, I called prior they said they’ll be finished in 2 hours. Literally 2 hours passed I go up to ask if it’s done and after 2 hours of me waiting the finally decides to tell me the car won’t be ready till 5 which was an additional 3 hours from what they told me. I was annoyed but okay with it. Then I ask if I can pick the next day (Sunday) he said they’re closed so they said it’ll be done Monday morning. Monday morning I called they said they still needed it to be delivered and they ended up finishing it at 3pm. To recap I came in on Saturday they told me it’ll be done in 2 hours and got the car all the way on Monday 3 o’clock. Not only that they said they will clean the glass, such a lie there was glass still left all over my car even in the front seat and it was never even there before. It was a very disappointing experience and I just wanted to take my car to a different shop, if they didn’t have my window in stock they should’ve just told me that instead of lying and saying they’ll have it done in 2 hours.ServicesAuto rear window replacement
