Very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive service! I had been trying to get local shops to work with my insurance company to replace my windshield with OEM glass for a month, but none wanted to. Then I called Express Auto Glass. Steve contacted the supplier and then called my insurance company with me on the line the same day. I had my new windshield installed in my driveway within three days. Definitely reccommend, and will be contacting them again myself if I need glass work done.

This son and father duo were very personable and knowledgeable and I felt they had my best interest in mind from the very first phone call. They did an amazing job. They came out to me at no extra cost and actually taught me a lot about how to ensure you have quality installation of your cars windshield and its importance especially if you’re ever in a bad accident- you wouldn’t want a poor seal causing your windshield to detach completely in an accident. Steve has had 22 years of experience before he sold the building he worked out of and now his son has discovered a passion in this same business and they restarted it together over the past year. They showed me things to look for from ensuring proper alignment down to rust prevention when removing the sealant and could tell if my windshield was installed well from a previous replacement. Whenever someone works on your car it’s important to trust them to do a good job and I will definitely call them if needed in the future. They didn’t mind having conversation or asking questions and the service was worth every penny. Thank you guys! Express Auto Glass is now my go-to for automotive glass replacement. Steve is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had several questions and concerns related to replacing the glass on my BMW with heads-up display and safety system cameras. He answered them all thoroughly and I ended up going with OE supplier glass (Pilkington). Steve, his son, and his daughter, were able to come to my home the next day. Steve first tried to polish the large scratch/scuff on my windshield, which would have saved me a lot of money, at the expense of his bottom line. I really appreciate that he tried, but the end result was ultimately not satisfactory to me, so I decided on replacement. The three of them had my windshield replaced and safety systems calibrated within an hour. I am very particular about my black car, and I was happy with how carefully they performed the process. They had no problem with me standing there and asking them questions/talking to them while they worked. The new windshield looks and performs flawlessly. It’s so nice to see another local family-owned business being handed down to the next generation. Steve and Steven took excellent care of me and my car. It’s hard to know who to trust when looking for someone to do windshield replacement but they answered all my questions, were professional and got everything done so quickly. They also came to my house (other shops couldn’t do this.) While they’re a new business, Steve’s been doing this for 20+ years so he knows his stuff.
