Called several shops to fix a chip in my windshield and was repeatedly told they only do full replacements so I was shocked when I found a place that was willing to repair the damage that measured about 1 inch across. I paid $85 dollars for the same 15 dollar kit you can buy at Walmart that was used on my vehicle so if you want to be overcharged for your car to look worse than when you came this is the place for you! The crack is still visible and now I have a opaque, discolored spot where the chip is. I expected professionalism but I should have known better when I pulled up at 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the police were in the parking lot making an arrest. I called not even 24 hours later to see if there was something further I could do and was told to replace my windshield - hopefully my warning is heard and I can stop someone else from making the same mistake I did by coming here. People work hard for the things they have and its a shame that because of Florida laws businesses will do unacceptable work unless you're filing a claim for replacement.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield repair

A branch fell during the recent hurricane and shattered my windshield. I was looking for a place that could replace it quickly and found Factory Auto Glass. I was so impressed with their customer service with helping me to get a fast appointment. Carlos is an amazing tech and throughout the whole process went above and beyond. I explained we needed the car for an upcoming trip and he ensured the car was repaired in time. He really cares about the customers and we are so thankful. I highly recommend this business and want to give Carlos a thank you for an awesome job!

Today, I visited Factory Auto Glass and was 100% impressed with their professional, friendly and helpful staff! I showed up early, before they were actually open, and Amy and Steve welcomed me in, then before I knew it, Steve was already looking into the sun roof leak issue on my Nissan Altima. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and addressed the issue and gave me some helpful tips on maintaining the issue moving forward. Luckily I had mainly a leak problem, and no need to replace the windshield. Hands down I highly recommend this local family owned business to anyone in the Jacksonville area!! I live out in Atlantic Beach, and while it was a bit of a drive, it was so worth the trip!!!

Factory Auto Glass called within 30 minutes of me placing the claim with my insurance. They sent Logan out right away to my job to make the repair. He went above and beyond to meet me in a parking garage where I work in downtown Jax despite it being a challenge due to the height of his work van. In the end, Factory Auto Glass completed the repair in a friendly and courteous fashion in record time. Logan was absolutely the nicest tech I've dealt with as compared to a large national chain I'd dealt with previously through my insurance (***lite) which were the exact opposite of the Factory Auto Glass experience. I give Factory Auto Glass and Logan two thumbs up for a job well done. What can you say about a gentleman with 37 years of experience. I was so apprehensive about going with non OEM glass but spending nearly 3X the estimate was out of the question. Steve was professional, and extremely thorough. He not only repaired my glass but laid down a layer of etching primer to protect my car from rust in the future. I understand removing adhesives leaves some scratched in places you can't see but water would certainly penetrate. He also found some addition clips that was damaged from a previous repair and replaces those with new ones. I rarely leave reviews but service like this is EXTRAordinary. Kudos to your company for workmanship you can be proud of. Cheers!

Due to construction in the area and being on a heavily industrial side of town, we’ve had the pleasure of getting 3 badly cracked windshields replaced within the last year between two different vehicles. Each time the technician calls when the office says he will and he arrives within the 2hr window exactly as promised. He has great customer service skills and is very efficient. He gets the job done right every time. We haven’t had any issues at all. He moves our car wash stickers and the keyless entry keypads.
