Called the day before to inquire about a windshield replacement for my Nissan Maxima, they quoted a VERY reasonable price that was way cheaper than other competitors I called. It was first come first served so I arrived the following morning right as they opened and ended up 4th in line. When it was my turn, I pulled into the bay and waiting back inside. When beginning to install the new glass, they noticed that there was a crack in the new windshield so they went above and beyond to expedite a new glass and even gave me a discounted price for the inconvenience. Honest, affordable, and quick! Had to replace my front passenger window. They close on Sundays so I asked for a quote through their website and received one the next morning for $130 (2011 Toyota Corolla) from Mr. Thomas. I called him and asked when we could come in, he told me he'd have that glass by Noon if I would come in the same day. I showed up at 12:20pm and was out at about a couple minutes past 1pm. There were 6 cars ahead of me too. They're so efficient. Friendly service too. I would highly recommend them. No tricks, frills, or gimmicks. Honest work and affordable. Thank you!

Word of mouth is very useful! Someone broke into my car and broke my side window. I called a few local places for quotes, and I wanted preferably, mobile service. I thought $195 wasn't a bad.quote and was just about to set things in motion. My daughter was on her way to work and some guy told her about this place he went to. He didn't know the name of the place, just that it was next to Pick and Pull. Now, I"m not a native Texan and have never heard of a pick and pull. I live in north Dallas and don't frequent this part of the city. I googled window repairs on Second Street and Faith Auto popped up. I called and got a quote for $135. Came the next day and got my window replaced. They were quicker than I expected and they vacuumed up the broken pieces, which I totally was not expecting. Everyone was courteous and professional.
