I had shattered the back glass on my girlfriend’s 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe while she was out of town for a couple of days. Instantly in panic mode, I googled auto glass repair and found Fast Rite. Patrick with Fast Rite came by the very next day and replaced it for the lowest rate out of all the auto glass repair services I called. He then sent over Adam to mount the motor for the rear windshield wiper that was also damaged during my clumsy series of events and he mounted it free of charge! That service alone would’ve ran me at least $100 at the dealership. A1 service and unbeatable prices. I had actually called another service right before contacting Fast Rite, and the guy on the phone told me he could do the job, but that Fast Rite could get to me quicker and cheaper. Why a business would refer me to the competition I don’t know, but that should tell you the kind of service Fast Rite provides. My girlfriend never found out about the mishap (hopefully she doesn’t find this review!). Thank you Patrick and Adam!!

Last week I had an ex-employee bash my window in with a bat I called Gerber Collision auto repair after spending about 7 minutes on hold I finally spoke to somebody who quoted me $200 even for my repair said that somebody would be out the very next day and no one ever showed never received a call as to why no one showed. Yesterday I called Fast rite auto glass repair and within seconds I was speaking to one of their representatives who was able to answer all my questions with a much lower quote provided than Gerber and much friendlier customer service I was actually referred to these guys from another glass repair shop I had *Patrick* come out the very same day and even though I had an issue with my window off of track he had no problem getting the job done at my location in about 30 minutes. Great customer service great experience and truly experienced employees who know what they're doing I will forever be a lifelong customer of fast rite auto glass no one will ever be called besides this company so happy

A star was born. In my windshield that is. Took a rock from and adjacent lane. I mass emailed several auto glass companies using the Yelp app Sunday morning from Miami. By time I reached Fort Lauderdale, I had a reply from Jon Laski of Fastrite Glass based in Cletmont, FL. Satellite in Coconut Creek Florida. Location did not matter much to me since they came right to my house. At the BMW dealer it would have been over $1,500 to replace my 2005 BMW M3 windshield. My final cost was a tiny fraction of that. I can't even say. John knew right off the top of his head that my convertible took a different size glass than the coupe. He knew it took a rain sensor. I was impressed with that. But I was more impressed with his price, his history and the experience level of his technicians. My technician Mike B has 22 years experience. Mike made sure that I had a brand new molding since he didn't trust the old molding. No additional fee was added to my bill. Just add a little heart emoji here. I have all sorts of tiny wires for sensors in my rearview mirror as well. Mike knew exactly how to handle all this which was like a black art to me. Amazing. Jon (one of the owners that was communicating with me) has vast experience as a former vice president of Safelight Auto Glass. He never oversold me at any point. He did assure me that glass is glass and installation is everything. I am going to have to agree with him. My experience with Fastright Auto Glass has been the best I can remember with a local company in a long time. Lifetime warranty on defects in the glass. I'm pretty sure they're going to guarantee that my rain sensor works properly. I can't get it wet(until the caulking sets up properly) to test it out for another 24 hours. But I have no doubt I did test out the dimmer in my mirror and that is working. The new glass is exceptionally clear and distortion-free. It even seems to have less of internal reflection than the old piece of glass. I found out that Carfax doesn't list windshield replacement. I bought my car with 17000 miles on it still under warranty. It was in perfect shape, but at some point it did have the windshield replaced with Safelight branded glass before I bought it. Never knew. I never cared. But it was a bit of interesting news. My technician pointed out a lump of caulking at the bottom that interfered with my windshield cowl. The new installation is much more precise. My tech has 22 years experience and it showed My rain sensor always worked perfectly. I hope that's still the case because I like that function. The brand new BMW windshield cowl that I installed two months ago fits much much better now. Tight across the entire windshield. 

My mom's truck window was smashed and robbed last night. I called around several places and no one offered mobile services for today, not the entire holiday weekend. The soonest appointments available were Tuesday and Thursday of next week. SafeLite quoted me $379 for service on Tuesday. I knew that quote was highly inflated, especially for a non-mobile service. I'm so happy I kept going down my list and discovered Fastrite. The owner, John, promised to get the job done today, if he had to do it himself. He dispatched and his guy Sam who came out in no time at all. Sam did a fantastic job for almost half the price. He was extremely thorough in cleaning up all the broken glass, even removing the entire door panel twice until he was positive there was absolutely no more sound of debris. My mom having her new truck broken into was a horrible experience. Not to mention, the hotel security never called the police nor contacted her after witnessing the incident (that was a very different review we had to leave). Needless to say, my mom was all stressed out and uneasy all morning. This afternoon, after her experience with Fastrite Auto Glass, she is relaxed and a lot more calm about the entire situation. She is so happy to have a company that was not the least bit dismissive or interested in ripping her off simply because she was in a desperate situation. They truly go over and beyond for their customers!

This is a late post, but I haven’t forgot. I am very satisfied with the service provided to me. I made an appointment for the technician to come. Sam showed up on time but it was raining so he was unable to replace my windshield. On the other hand, he was very caring and offered to come later or send another technician which I didn’t mind. Patrick came the second time but it was still raining. He offered for me to go to their shop. It was a little bit of a drive but worth it. They gave me a great price for the inconvenience. Tina was amazing and organized. She followed up with periodically with options due to the inclement weather beforehand. She is pleasant to talk to while waiting for my windshield to be replaced. Patrick did an amazing job. Overall they are a great company and highly recommend for great customer service and prices. Thank you!

I recently had to have my entire windshield replaced and my experience with this company was amazing! When our technician arrived and assessed the situation, he noticed that the rubber seal and metal at the top of the glass were also out of place (put back poorly after having our car repainted by another company) and instead of deferring the issue to the other company as we expected, he offered to have the piece ordered and replaced for us. The other part came in very promptly and I was able to have all replaced the same day while working and now the car looks like new! Thank you FastRite for your great customer service, we will be loyal customers from here on out! : )
