I was searching for shops that could help me out with a windshield replacement and a door latch issue. I had gone to another location beforehand, and they were trying to charge me an outrageous amount. It was a complete scam. However, Fernandez Used Auto Glass gave me the best deal on the repairs I needed and were super informative of why certain issues occur and how they would be handling both my repairs. They gave me estimates before even needing to bring in my vehicle and were very honest and straightforward that prices may change if the issue is bigger than they originally thought. They fixed both my issues at a reasonable price, and they were able to get my vehicle back to me the same day. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM! 11 OUT OF 10! I will always be taking my business to them!

Very nice people. They did a great job replacing my windshield. But I couldn’t give them higher than 3 stars unfortunately. I had called a few days ahead of time to check the price. The lady had estimated a total of $180, which was very similar to the price multiple people mentioned in the google reviews. But when I got there, they changed the cost to $275 I asked why but there was no explanation. At that point, I had already taken time off of work to come here and get this fixed so I couldn’t shop around.

I've been coming to this place since I hand my fisrst glass replacement. I have never been disappoints. My recent experience was just another reminder of why I keep coming back. The bilingual Latina rep at the front desk was amazing—no attitude, no misunderstandings. Customer service was top-notch, as always. The prices here are always fair, and the quality of work is consistently high. I've done my homework, calling other places for price checks, but I always end up here. Clean jobs, every time. For over 25-30 years, this business has remained successful without compromising on customer service. Five stars, every time. A successful business is truly a beautiful thing. Highly recommend! --

I highly recommend them. Had someone break my passenger’s side window overnight. Called them to confirm if they had a replacement. Went in same day. They don’t make appointments but I was in and out in about 1.5 hours total. Their prices are way lower than the competitors who advertise on tv. The quote I got from Fernandez was $180 cheaper. Cannot recommend them enough. I hope I don’t need their services again but if anything happens, I am only going to Fernandez Auto Glass!

Someone broke into my car completely shattering the front passenger window. All other repair places only had availability for the next day. I called Fernandez's and I was able to bring my car over right away, and they gave me a quote over the phone. Whole process took about 2 hours from my initial phone call to the time the car was done. They asked questions and were clear on what I needed done and what they could do to help. Fast, reliable, and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars.
